You know, I just realized that I find myself coming here to the Jakks Fix-Up section more often than the actual Customs board. Nothing against what goes on there (and there ARE some great customizers there), but seeing the hard work of guys like bigeviljohn, Warsman, Smash, June, & others (not to mention the "nostalgic" use of RA figs and choice of older stars) seem to inspire me to more than seeing a bunch of "divas" that I don't even know or another CM Punk.

Post your work in both places. i still am envious of your Lex Express!! Bigevil- that Larry Zbyszko looks...legendary! Both of them, actually! Love the ring jacket! Skunk- your DAs all look great, you have mad painting skills, brother! Keep posting more if you have more! I was able to mess with my Kwang a little bit today. I don't know why, but I thought for certain Johnny Polo managed Kwang at some point, i firmly recall Polo saying his name (KWANG!!) in a loud, obnoxious fashion, maybe it was only on commentary. While I prefer Mattel, seeing all this Cool and creative stuff really impresses me. I really like the workings of the Warsman, Skunk and Evil John. Also as a poster mentioned about wanting to see a Kevin Steen, I'm actually dying to see one for some inspiration.

Agreed - that's one fantastic Patriot custom. Painting stars are always a pain for me. They always seem to come out all uneven and crappy looking. And is that a BCA Patriot head?
