i can only fit 3 table spoons of food in my pouch if i eat past that it will come up again. thanks guys!!! I'm dense. I still don't follow. Means he can only eat 3 spoon fulls of food before hes full. If he eats more it will make him sick. Congrats man!

Great work man...I recently lost a lot of weight too (from about 240 down to 175), but let me suggest you eat more than 3 meals a day, as 6 or 7 smaller meals a day as opposed to 3 big ones helps your metabolism. And you don't have to eat just 3 spoonfulls, you just need to find lower calorie foods.
And if you have the money, may I suggest P90X. It worked great for me and is just a great system all around. It's not just for losing weight (though you'll do that quickly doing the full program), it's for toning and building muscle. I didn't follow the diet plan that went along with it personally, but you can if you want. Though it's not necessary, it would produce even greater results. Best of luck!

But that means he's malnourished. yeah im on vitamins and protein shakes for snacks. also if i get hungry between meals thats where the non fat greek yogurts and string cheese come to play. Those are great when im on the run.

Best of luck! thats just it im physically unable to eat past 3 spoons. Really i feel like i was at a buffet thats how full i feel with 3 spoons.

Wow that is a lot of weight to lose so major congrats. What is your current goal weight? every pound lost is a goal but my next goal is to reach 300 even. I would like to get in the 200s and do weight training .
