2) Cena wins MITB. Punk retains the WWE title. Cena cashes in on Punk, and is the first one to cash-in and lose. Great scenario, didn't think of this. Could easily set up CM Punk vs John Cena for Summerslam this way too. |

I'd like to see the WWE Championship ladder match take place last. If Cena wins, he gets all brave and calls CM Punk to the ring. Cashes in and loses. Just something different and that could spark their rumored feud.
