I have been to a few stores the past few days as my fiancee's mother moved in to a new apartment. I always, out of habit, go to the toys section and look at the wwe stuff. This week alone so far I have been to 2 target's, 3 walmart,s and a toys r us. Each store used to have a huge wwe figures section. the TRU had a decent amount but was noticeably smaller than usual and the targets and walmarts section was one straight line from top to bottom of wwe stuff. 6 pegs in total. of coarse they were all either Cena or Mysterio (walmart had an orton and heritage bret hart). im in NY so I dont know if it is just around here or not, but why the sudden decease in WWE figures for certain stores like this?

Just a guess, but probably because they need the shelf space for figures from all the summer movies (Avengers, Spider Man, Batman, etc.). The stores in my area are the same way. My local TRU used to have 3/4 of an aisle devoted to WWE product. A couple of months ago, it was reduced down to barely a 1/4 of the aisle (and half of that is filled with empty pegs).

Be thankful your WalMarts carry WWE figures besides FF & Rumblers. My area WalMart store doesn't carry then except on the holiday season. But with Target & WalMart they have to drop the shelf space for the summer movies (DKR/Avengers/Spider-Man)
