Who is this Japanese Wrestler?

Need help to indentify this guy. Who is he?

I always thought it was a gimmick of Yoshihiro Takayama, but I was wrong; when translating his name it shows "President Takeda" (of Hustle wrestling).

Stom, It's Nobuhiko Takada from the Hustle-1 group where his gimmick was as president leading USA monsters against the Jap stars.

Actually the figure itself lead me to think of the gimmick. I found the HAO Takeda looking like Takayama.

I only outlined what I said because it sounded like you misread my reply.
