What if The Rock and Austin continued wrestling if one didn't goto Hollywood and the other was 100% healthy? Would they have gotten stale and receive the backlash from the crowd? Would either or both have a "Reign of Terror" like Hunter did in 2003?
I always wondered what the industry would be like if they have stayed and what effect it would of had on Brock, Orton, Cena and Hunter - because I'm pretty sure Triple H wouldn't be a 13x champion if they sticked around.

Lol sorry. Wasn't trying to be rude but it bugged me.
To actually add to the topic, it's hard to say but I'd think Triple H wouldn't have been as dominant if those two had stuck around.
I wish they could have went longer.

Austin probably would have turned in to a part timer by 2005.
But if The Rock had stayed, things would be very different as he would have turned in to the unquestioned face of the WWE. Cena probably doesn't dominate anywhere near as much.

Raw wouldn't have become major stale from 2002-2005, and Evolution would have benefitted as well from feuding w/ both of those guys for a long time. After that, not sure where they would have fit.

Would have finally got Austin v Hogan in 2003, and Austin vs Lesnar too.
Could have been detrimental to the pushes of Batista, Cena, Orton & Edge them staying around to long on the negative side.

I wish they could have went longer. Just busting your chops, I was in a hurry writing the topic. You were right though lol. As to the topic, as someone eluded to on this topic, it could've been more negative if they stayed longer as it would've effected the pushes of the other guys like Orton, Cena, Edge, etc.
