Just curious, who do you guys think shouldnt have joined the NWO.
For me the Giant comes to mind. I feel like keeping him out of the NWO and aligned with Sting, Luger, etc. would have been better and it would have made him a bigger part of WCW IMO. Plus he didnt have that cool feel that guys like Hogan, Hall, Nash and Syxx had that made the NWO work.

The ONLY guys taht should've joined the nWo:
- Hogan - Hall - Nash - DiBiase - Giant - Eric Bischoff (mouth piece) - Scott Steiner (when he turned heel)
Nobody else needed to have joined because it simply watered down their image.

Solid group but id take out The Giant and put Syxx in there. They needed a small guy and Syxx was it. Plus he fit the image of the group to a T. I'd also add Savage TBH because he fit in and I loved the angle with him and Hogan both wanting controll of the group.

After thinking about it I probably would put Syxx in as he would be the cruiserweight of the group. I think a cool angle for Savage would have him basically be a spy and having both wrestlers and fans alike trying to figure out where his loyalty lies.

I think ANY of the guys who werent ex WWF shouldnt have joined and no effin jobbers.the group at its highest membership should have looked like this IMO
Hogan Hall Nash Syxx Savage Hennig Steiner Bagwell Vincent(required lackey type) Dibiase(full time manager) Bischoff
I say Bagwell because he was so bland before and the nWo did wonders for him. Hart joining was a travesty and Sting was even worse.doesnt matter that Wolfpac was face it still blew.

Everyone there is entertaining in some way. I would take this over guys like VK Wallstreet, Big Bubba, Horace Hogan and The Deciple any day.

Agreed with Joker.
If they were never in the WWF before they joined WCW then they never should have been in the nWo.

Savage went from getting the crap beaten out of him for months by the nWo to joining them out of no where. Henning also seemed to stick out like a sore thumb. Him alligning w/ the Horsemen and WCW would have made more sense IMO. My ideal nWo would have been... - Hogan - Nash - Hall - Syxx - Giant - Steiner - Bagwell - Dibiase - Vincent (lackey like you said and also makes sense w/ Dibiase being there as well)

I'm always sorry that when Hogan turned face that they never formed formed the Clique nWo in the WWF:
Shawn Michaels Triple H Kevin Nash Scott Hall X-Pac
Of course Scott Hall got fired and Kevin Nash got injured. I often wonder if they planned on going that route.

Guys like VK Wallstreet, Big Bubba, Scott Norton, Stevie Ray and Brian Adams HAD to be in the NWO though. The NWO needed jobbers to lose to WCW stars.

The NWO put over quite a bit of ppl throughout the 96-99 run. Look at all the times Hall and Nash dropped the tag belts, Hogan dropped the world belt 3 or 4 times. So they didnt need jobbers honestly because they had no problem putting people over. Even if it was only certain guys.

Savage shouldn't have been in purely because he was the guy used to turn Hogan heel, should have been one of the guys, trying his heart out to end the nWo.
Norton I always liked as part of the nWo, he really could have been pushed as sort of a US title level contender, probably because he a legit hardman aura about him that fans could believe

nWo should have stayed a small closed-knit group instead of letting everybody in...
Buff Bagwell and Konnan?
Blah.

The NWO became bloated and the message of the program was lost. If you missed a couple of weeks, you'd return to find all sorts of changes, many of which made no sense. After a while, I felt like there was no point in it anymore. I never fully understood it, anyway. They were going to take over the WCW...and do what, exactly? They just kept milking it and milking it, no innovation.

I would have left it at...
-Hall -Nash -Hogan -DiBiase -Savage -Syxx
I think they should have kept it close to an "invasion" as they possibly could have but keep main event stars at the same time. I wouldnt add someone like Big Bubba or Shark, even though they were WWF guys, they were WWF Midcarders. Syxx is the only exception.
