Not saying it was right or even wrong but in defense of LT vs Bam Bam.
LT was a bigger name to the casual fan then HBK in 1995 and that's why i believe it went on last. Wrestlemania has been and is all about celebrities to attract casual fan. "The super bowl of wrestling". Having celebrities time keepers/announcers for hbk/diesel is one thing but to have one of the best NFL linebackers who had just recently retire wrestle was a big deal.
If Vince could go back in time and change the placement of that match with the title match I doubt he would.

My vote went to HHH vs. Orton. As good as they both are, it was just awkward.
I was there live, and I kept forgetting there was a match going on.

I'd say this is a toughie, either LT/Bigelow (obvious one), Sid/Taker, Savage/Dibiase (outside of the finish), Hogan/Sid or Bret/Yoko.
All of them lacked the "bigtime WrestleMania" feel.
