I found this pretty interesting. I'm thinking it's after WM 4 and perhaps Savage beat Honky (who was I/C Champ at the time) by DQ and he thought he won the I/C belt? Anyone remember this at all?

This would be before Wrestlemania 5. Savage vs. Warrior matches were happening. Savage must have won by dq or count out and picked up the IC Belt to celebrate with the WWF Belt.

No clue but it is interesting.
Both belts at the same times looks good on Savage.

I'm guessing this is correct. Very shortly before Savage turned heel on Hogan in early 1989 (and maybe even right afterward? Can't remember) he did a series of champion vs. champion matches vs. The Ultimate Warrior that ended in DQs or countouts. I saw one of the matches in person at a Superstars TV taping... in that one both were still babyfaces but Savage worked heel and was helped by Rick Rude. I don't think Savage held up both belts that night but I honestly don't remember.

I want to say that's either MSG or the old Boston Garden. Dont quote me on that though. Maybe that will help some.

Look at his tights!! He only wore those orange ones from Royal Rumble 89 - Wrestlemania 5. I have a coliseum video tape that has IC Champion Warrior vs. WWF Champion Savage from MSG a month before WM 5, and this picture is taken from that time frame.
