Since two of these matches are classic by this board's definition, and the members here are more likely to have seen all four of these matches, I'd figured I should this here.
So now that the era has been ended, between all of the matches with Hunter and the Deadman, which was your favorite?
I'm going to go with Wrestlemania 28, Wrestlemania 17 in a close second.
No one can tell a story in the ring like Triple H, Shawn Michaels, and the Undertaker. They proved that last night. Triple H and 'Taker beat the crap out of each other last night, and Shawn sold everything perfectly. Not to mention that false finish when 'Taker took both the SCM and the Pedigree. Shawn looking away while Undertaker was putting Hunter away was perfect too.

I was just thinking, "The end of an era" ....but on Wrestlemania there was several people from that era on the card too, Kane, Mark Henry, Big Show and to an extent Booker T and Chris Jericho
Anyway, for me it's either WM 27 or 28, i'm going with 28

17 was THE gem. Probably the best match Taker ever had as ABA. The crowd brawling was quite intense, crapwas really off the hook and it was a 2 sided match right up until the end. Because of the streak I think 27 and 28 were far too predictable.

The best match was easily, IMO, at WrestleMania XXVII, though last night's emotion makes up for it.

Last night's match was actually one of the emotional matches I have ever seen.

17 for me.
enjoyed them all mind you but as said because of the Streak there was no tension for 27 & 28 IMO.HHH had just beaten Austin in the run in to WM17 so I thought he was gonna drop Taker.so glad he didnt.

I would rank them:
Mania 28 Mania 17 KOTR 02 Mania 27
I hated their Mania 27 match, I thought it was slow and terrible. On a side not, Taker has kicked Triple H's ass in a lot of high profile matches.

I haven't seen their King Of The Ring match so I'm not voting. Even if I had seen all the options, I'm not sure I'd actually vote. XXVIII is my favorite out of their three Mania matches. XXVII is a close second, and X-Seven is dead last.

Still debating over whether this year's one was better than last. Will have to go back and watch both, but right now I'd say:
WM 27 WM 28 KOTR WM 17

Wresltemania 28 get's my vote. To be honest I have not seen the Wrestlemania 27 match but I was on the edge of my seat during the WM 28 match.

WM 28 was very emotional..it does represent the actual end of an era. It would be perfect if Taker had announced his retirement there, as well.

Be be honest, I absolutely love all three of their Wrestlemania matches. Those two can tell a story in the ring like no other.
