Not a big fan of the word "banter" either...

The phrase 'social justice warrior' (SJW). Horrendous connotations. Oh, so THAT'S what SJW stands for. I always just called those people White Knights. Hey, you learn something new every day.

Brexit, I would happily go the rest of my life without hearing that word again...

It is strange that it seems to have caught on the fastest in the predominately English speaking countries though...hmmm...

Makes sense though, in a weird way, right? Aspects of humanity can be perceived as a virus, and the rapid 'viral' spread of memes and so on grow to such numbers that it's no wonder that is the case...

You know, I guess I really never stopped and really thought about that term. Memes, Jokes, Videos...all "go viral" now. But is it a good virus...or a bad virus?

We're just deluged with stuff day after day - stuff that sates us in different ways for a second before we move on to the next thing.

C*ck. I don't know whether it would be frowned if I wrote that lol. In any context it makes me feel ill.
"Mint", "Peng" & "Poey" Worst English slang ever they disgust me.
Also specific not only can I not say it, it sadly is something hard for me to spell.

I hate it when I hear a movie advertised as a 'Spike Lee Joint'... Holy that annoys me.

Epic. The word has been diluted to the point of meaninglessness now. It's jarring to hear or use the word properly now. We went through this with "amazing" in the early aughts.
