To be honest Kane vs Orton needs more credit since it turned out great with Kane going over and the match wasn't too bad. Big Show winning the IC Title has hurt Rhodes and Sheamus squashing Bryan has hurt Bryan alot worse, Who knows when those two guys will ever recover from it.

Pretty decent show, much better than last year . . . . but it did have its ups and downs.
They need to get rid of this filler crap at Wrestlemania. Please enough with Flo Rida and that other white boy like we don't need it. Could have used that time for the WHC title match. No need for Brodus Clay.
Taker/Triple H was solid, better than their match last year and on par with their match at WM 17.
CM Punk/Jericho - was expecting much more out of this one, still a good match, but something was missing.
The main event did deliver, solid main event on par with Hogan/Rock from WM 18, although the atmosphere in the Skydome (inside) was much better than the atmosphere in Sun Life Stadium (outside)
overall decent show - 7.5/10

Just got home from watching this at a local bar. One of the coolest nights of my life for sure. Everyone, including myself, were screaming our heads off the entire time, ESPECIALLY for the Rock winning. THOUGHTS!!!!!!: - Bryan gets his head kicked in. TOTAL ING BS. Honestly, I felt gutted when this happened. Very poor way to start a good PPV. Very poor way to handle a star as bright as Bryan. Whoever booked... hand me some of what they're smoking. - Kane/ Orton. Good match, cool back and forth with a wicked finish. I was backing Kane, mainly because I'm fed up of Orton. ERUPTED for the ending. Can't wait to see Kane dominate some more man. This match should have been TLC/ No DQ or something. Needed that edge to it. - Rhodes/ Show. EH. - Teddy/ Johnny. EH. - Divas. EH. - Y2J/ Punk. AMAZING match up. To be expected really. I prefer Jericho, but Punk deserved the win. - HIAC. holy shit. This one was super intense, I was literally cringing for parts of it, especially when HHH was about to smash Takers skull in with the sledgehammer. Of course, I knew it wasn't going to happen, but still, super tense. liked the way they handled the whole thing. Great match. I did sort of want to see a set up for WM next year though; HHH/ HBK, Foley/ Taker, Kane/ Taker, Lesnar/ Taker? I think any of those would have been a nice suspenseful ending. - Rock/ Cena. MIND = BLOWN. Match was phenomenal, ending was perfect. I'm still in shock - I'd have bet any amount of money on Cena winning. HOLY SHIT. Overall: very poor undercard outweighed by an extremely strong upper card. Next WM, bring in a MITB/TLC match in the undercard and don't waste so much young talent. Also treat your WHC with respect, even if he is a heel. 8/10

lets all off. Would have swapped the WWE title match and HIAC around because the title match was flatter than the obvious motn, unreal - the cell kept everything feeling tense. WWE title match was always struggling for me because Punk winning was a total foregoner, good but nothing special. John Cena and passing the torch towards him shouldn't exist in a thought or sentence so that and him, pissant. Solid match but not the spectacle, sheer nutters would insist it was and great that Rock won, clap clap E you gave us something to smile about the damn thing. Well ing done WWE, you amaze....AND sleep at night. I'd of been looking for my refund after that opening match, an absolute disgrace - beyond belief, I gave it 3 mins and it went beyond the stupid. The fact that every other match, every other segment on the show lasted longer than that did is what is wrong with it. They had the time in hand and spent it on promoting Extra. Some thing proclaiming John the ultimate underdog read ing bullcrap, the epitome of aggravation. Deadliest catch.....woo. The rest, i mean that tag match, JL is likely in charge for all of month at best before it is rendered pointless and they made Ryder look stupid then strong and awesome and then ridiculous again. The troops. The F19 or w/e pilots, the ba* pish weve all seen a hundred times. The ranting sucks, but it was an awful decision. Awful. I can't remember much of anything I haven't mentioned, that opener was ash in the face. YES YES YES YES. Oh yeah, brodus clay. Oh no no no NO. Holy shit.

I'm so torn on tonight, in all honesty. Did I enjoy it? Absolutely. Do I think it lived up to expectations? Not by a long shot.
When all is said and done, I'll probably end up categorizing this along with Wrestlemania 26. Both looked great on paper, had some fantastic moments and were overall really enjoyable, but both failed to capture the true essence and spirit of the mega card that was promised.
At first glance, I was absolutely irate with the World Title match. On second thought, I realized that if nothing else, it was a great way to really bring Bryan up the ranks even more. This could end up doing wonders for his character. Sheamus winning was, honestly (and quite embarrassingly) one of, if not the biggest pops of the night.
Orton/Kane was decent at best. I had terribly low expectations for this match, and they more or less met them. I didn't see them having much chemistry, and I have no faith in Kane as an in-ring performer, and so I essentially got exactly what I expected. Upset that Kane won, didn't think it was necessary at all.
Rhodes/Show was poor. I'd almost have preferred Rhodes lose in a squash like Bryan than lose the way he did. Big Show shouldn't be holding Championships at this stage in his career, and sure as hell shouldn't be beating a guy like Cody Rhodes.
I thought the diva's match was really above average. Everyone played their part well, Maria looked great despite quite obviously being in some pretty serious pain. I thought the match was all around well paced, well booked, and a lot of fun to watch.
Hell in a Cell was absolutely fantastic. In terms of energy, "big match" feel and all around enjoyment, it was match of the night, by far. I'm a sucker for a great story in the ring, and this match did that brilliantly. There's really nothing else to say.
Team Teddy/Team Johnny was horribly boring until the final few minutes, which were actually pretty great. I had a feeling Team Johnny would win, and I'm at least glad it was The Miz getting the pinfall (though I would have preferred Ziggler). Not so happy about having to see even more of Laurinaitis, but regardless.
Punk/Jericho is an interesting one. I had a completely different idea in my mind as to how that match would play out. It was nothing like I expected, but it was a fantastic match, that, unfortunately, was hindered by piss poor crowd reaction (as was nearly every match tonight). Some really creative and interesting spots and some great false finishes. Interesting decision to have Punk win via the Anaconda Vice. Regardless, I got what I wanted out of this match - a fantastic wrestling contest.
I hated every second of Brodus Clay's segment. I like the character, but it was embarrassing to have that be a part of Wrestlemania. That garbage doesn't belong there.
The performances by Flo Rida and MGK really sucked the life out of the start of the Rock/Cena match for me. Crowd wasn't buying it, the performances were piss poor and phoned in, and it really kind of left a sour taste in my mouth as the match started.
Atmosphere was nowhere near what I expected it to be. I really thought it would rival, if not top Rock/Hogan, but in what should be viewed as a true testament to the power of Toronto crowds, Miami simply couldn't match it, not even close. I thought the crowd would be non-stop on their feet from bell to bell, and instead they really only popped for major moments and the occasional half-hearted, overlapping cheer that just sounded like noise.
The match itself was about as good as I expected it to be. It wasn't a classic, by any means. Finish came out of nowhere, and quite frankly, shocked the living hell out of me. It's clear this thing is far from over, and I assume Cena will get the last laugh in a very definitive way.
In the end, the Rock/Cena match really did have three equal parts - Rock, Cena, and the fans. I think the Miami crowd really failed to push that match over the edge into the territory of being something truly special. Cena/Punk from last year's Money in the Bank felt like it was worth far more given the crowd reaction. That shouldn't have been the case.
If you look at this event as a whole, it's sort of hard to call it a great Wrestlemania. Three 'Mania worthy matches, a solid diva's match, a couple matches that were just passable and two that were total duds. Individually, though, there were some classic moments that will be remembered.

Loved it. Didn't get to see the whole show because I was working but a friend invited me over his house and I watched the end and saw Punk/Jericho, Brotus and the Stereotype Squad, and Rock/Cena.
I'll say I love that they had people think Cena would win but it truly makes waaaay more sense to have Rock go over because if Cena had won it would've been the end of Cena's career in terms of completion. Now Cena's character will probably change.

And the crowd was hot, may have spunked too early and/or died in a couple of key areas but the crowd was exhausted from Taker/H(mainly) and the tag thing for Punk/Y2J and it was completely unthinkable Punk would lose and they cheered well for the fall - all you can ask. They choked on the WHC finish and then realised what they just ed in 18 seconds afterwards which should guarantee Bryan some lengthy good stuff soon just like the MSG crowd gave us a couple of decent months off the back of they're performance at SVS. They gave it all they could.

*sigh* So. -Daniel Bryan's entrance, and the moments before this match was so epic, with all those "YES!" signs and chants. It felt like a Wrestlemania moment! And then they pull the crapthey pulled. I feel robbed of another great match, and most of all I feel terrible for Daniel and Sheamus. First they get pulled from 'Mania, then they curtain jerk in less time than it took Brodus Clay to dance on stage. -I actually really enjoyed Orton/Kane. They worked well together, and the finish was fantastic. I totally did not see Kane winning coming. -Big Show and Cody had a fine match. Some decent spots, and I was okay with the finish. Cool moment for Show. -The Diva crap was just that...crap. What a huge waste of time with the video packages and Maria Manunonononoous 'wrestling' in super-slow-motion. Give this time to D-Bry and Sheamus, and let Maria get a quick roll up win to save time and protect her from her injury. -Triple H & Undertaker was enjoyable, but illogically over booked. I did not get the whole "Triple H wants Shawn to end the match" thing. Why not just pin the ing guy? Finish caught me off guard, as I expected it to last a little bit longer. But the finish was the correct one. -The GM tag match was exactly what I expected. I was happy to see Ryder looking good in the match, and Ziggler brought his A game with the selling as always. Eve screwing Ryder was fine. I didn't hate it as much as everyone else seemed to. Ryder will get his revenge. (I hope). -Also, all the backstage/extra bullcrapsucked, for the record. Lots of time wasting. -CM Punk vs. Chris Jericho was PHENOMENAL. I don't get why people are down on the start of it. I loved the story they were telling with Jericho trying to get Punk DQ'd. Great wrestling with little-to-no mistakes. Fantastic finish in what is probably my MOTY, so far. -And finally...the main event. First let me say I REALLY enjoyed MGK's performance and that speech he gave at the end was nice. Flo Rida was fine, but too long. (Why did he get to do two songs?) The only problem I had was that these should have been spaced out through-out the show, and NOT used as entrances for John Cena and The Rock. -So...the match was good. Pretty much what I expected. I was disappointed by the occasional botch, and the fact that The Rock looked kinda blown-up by the end. But the match was far from bad. -However...the finish? While I was truly SHOCKED when the ref's hit the mat for the three, it was without a doubt the WRONG finish. The Rock should not have gone over John Cena. No, no, no, no, no. This isn't just sour grapes. This is the truth. Why in the world should a guy who as wrestled TWO MATCHES in the last 6 or so years go over the guy who as been at the top of the WWE for those last 6 or so years? WHY!? Ten years ago, they did the right thing by having Hulk Hogan pass the torch on to The Rock. Tonight, The Rock should have passed the torch to John Cena. THIS COMPANY. Overall? I thought it was pretty much right on par with last year's Wrestlemania. Maybe slightly better. But it was pretty under-whelming, with some enjoyability at times

I really enjoyed tonight. I felt like it was a defining 'Mania for me. The HIAC match was unreal. I was in tears at the end. One hell of a ride. Rock vs. Cena was mind blowing... just to see these 2 guys in the ring wrestling, I couldn't believe it. What a night.

I thought it was a great show, played with my emotions alot. Cena/Rock was everythign I excpected but the finish left me saying.............WHAT THE HAPPENS NOW. Punk/Jericho was of course the best "wrestling" match of the night. I dont like Sheamus or Daniel Bryan so the 18 second squash match didnt bother me at all. Orton/Kane was alot more than what I expected, very good match. Team Teddy/Team Johnny was just one big cluster in my opinion. BTW did anyone else see the three count botch in that match when Ziggler was supposed to save his team but was a couple seconds late/ Taker/HHH was absolutely brutal and everything I expected. Takers mohawk was awesome. I dont know if anyone will agree with me but I dont think the Hell In A Cell was needed. The cell was used as a weapon only once or twice. Was happy to see a little bit of blood. In my opinion the show should've ended with the sight of Taker,Michaels and Hunter hugging on the ramp.

So earlier today I said Wrestlemania 28 could be just as good as Wrestlemania X-Seven. I apologize for that. Anyway...
Daniel Bryan's loss was sickening. I would have settled for a 5-6 min match but no. I got old ladies dancing to Ernest The Cat Miller's theme, crabs, and Heath Slater. I feel sorry for Bryan & Sheamus. And it sucks because crowd really wanted to see a great match, despite the horrible build. And people chanting Daniel Bryan in the next 3 matches was a true statement to his ability. The WHC is worthless. Just unify it with the WWE title all ready
Orton & Kane did pretty good. Big Show vs. Cody Rhodes sucked. Rhodes attire was weird and Big Show crying all the time is getting on my nerves. Divas was pretty bad minus Kelly's Molly-Go-Round. That poor Maria girl was obviously in real pain and shes a trooper for not backing out.
Now the fun begins. HIAC was the 2nd most emotional match I've ever witnessed behind Taker & HBK at WM 26. Taker & HHH did stellar and HBK's acting was outstanding. I never expected HHH to get beaten so badly at the end. Im pretty sure this was Taker's last match. Accept it or not. The "End Of An Era" meant that the era where wrestling really mattered is over. Im sure HHH will have matches in the future, but him, HBK, & Taker will never be on the grand scale again.
Team Johnny/Teddy was meh. One cool spot in the entire match. Im glad Miz got the pin, but poor Ryder. They kill that poor guy every chance they get.
Jericho/Punk was more than outstanding. The storytelling at the beginning added an interesting dynamic we have never seen before. Loved the entrances, the spots, and the finish. Jericho made Punk a even bigger star than he all ready was. Everything was perfect. Im sure Jericho will win the belt at ER or even sooner. I look forward to more matches between these two.
Rock vs. Cena was everything I expected it to be. Classic match. The only thing that was missing was a table spot. Im glad Rocky won and I really hope this pushes Cena in a new direction.
MOTN is a tie for me. I simply cannot choose between the HIAC and Punk/Jericho. I got my money's worth with the 3 great matches but Bryan/Sheamus was in the back of my head the whole time. I had fun watching this with my friends though. I guess thats what really matters. WWE did a good job but as always, it could have been better.

*The Cell had a longer entrance than Sheamus and Daniel Bryan had a match. *Randy Orton and Kane was solid, if unspectacular *Big Show and Cody Rhodes should have been the squash match of the night. *The Divas tag match was the best match of the undercard. Raise your hand if you thought that would be the case. Liar. *Undertaker and Triple H: I won't call it a five-star classic until I watch it again. Nor will I say it was better than last year. *Team Teddy vs. Team Johnny was as chaotic as everyone expected. Ryder shined. Eve dumped him. Vicious circle with Ryder's push. *Punk vs. Jericho was the match of the night. A lot of people are criticizing the start of the match but I thought it played into the story perfectly. Jericho tried to be cheap, to get the title but Punk ended up being smarter and, from there, the two had a hell of a match. *I love Brodus Clay. I love Naomi and Cameron more. I'm fine with this time killer. *Cena vs. Rock...I'm not sure what to say. The match was fine. The finish was crap. And before any other Rock sympathizer jumps on me, you know for a fact that if Hulk Hogan was in Rock's spot and Rock was in Cena's, and that finish went down tonight, you would be burying Hogan for not putting over the current face of the company.
Fans bought the pay-per-view for three matches. Those three matches lived up to expectations or, in some cases, exceeded them. Thumbs up, though not as enthusiastically as I had hoped.

Loved the show. The opener was a slap in the face. But all I could do was smile Kane Vs. Orton I enjoyed, glad to see Kane win. Cody Vs. Show was OK, cool to see Show win. Great to see how overcome he was. Divas match exceeded my expectations in length & quality, but it still served no purpose so it met me with indifference. However it was much better than the last 5 womens WM matches. Hell In A Cell - ing amazing, can't describe just how outstanding that was from start to finish. Couldn't have asked for more. Team Johnny Vs. Team Teddy was meh really. I was drained from HIAC. CM Punk Vs. Jericho was very good but not amazing. Brodus Clay segment was..... Rock Vs. Cena was brilliant!! Loved just sitting back & enjoying it. Was rooting for Rock but if Cena won I wouldn't mind. All the people getting pissed off at the result really make me laugh & want to belittle them. Great show overall. You don't know where they go next? GOOD! ING TUNE INTO RAW!

Still laughing. Me too.. I am just curious if this is the fastest match in mania history where a title changed hands? I believe the match between Kane n Chavo for the ECW title a few manias ago which lasted last than 10 sec is.

I honestly got caught in the moment. This Wrestlemania made me remember what it feels like to forgot its predetermined Great comment! This is how we should all watch wrestling. Now for my take on WrestleMania.... 1. Bryan vs Sheamus - I wasn't happy with how quickly it was over, as I was actually expecting this match to be a really good showing for both guys. Bryan is a good wrestler, and although I didn't like him when he first showed up, Sheamus has really grown on me. Although I wasn't happy about the fast match, I can see how this can build Bryan and AJ's story and probably build toward Bryan vs Sheamus rematch at Extreme Rules. 2. Kane vs Orton - I didn't really pay much attention during this match, as everyone at the house was busy getting the food together during this one. I wasn't really excited about this match going into Mania anyways though. I don't like Orton and personally was hoping for Kane vs Ryder @ Mania to finish what was started during the Kane/Cena feud. If it were up to me I would have had Kane vs Ryder and just stuck Orton in the GM tag match. 3. Rhodes vs Big Show - The funny thing about this match is that I've been thinking for weeks that it was going to be a really quick match ...but instead they did that with Bryan vs Sheamus. This match wasn't bad. Was kinda expecting Show to win it, but I like both wrestlers so I would have been happy either way. 4. Diva Tag Match - Didn't pay much attention to this match. I love Beth Phoenix, but don't care for the rest of the participants. 5. HHH vs Taker - I loved this match. A friend of mine said that it was good but not as good as last year....I liked it more than last years, but I think it was the story behind it that made it for me. It was awesome seeing Shawn kind of torn between his friendship with HHH and his respect for Undertaker. Taker looked to be in pretty good shape for this one, but that may be because the last time we saw him wrestling he was carted out and I may still have that in the back of my mind. Lots of back and forth punishment in this match. Loved the show of respect between all 3 guys at the end of the match, was awesome seeing Shawn and Taker help HHH up...but even more so when they were at the top of the ramp together. 3 of the greatest performers of all time...thats gonna be a moment that sticks with me, much like Benoit and Eddie at WMania 20. 6. GM Tag Match - not bad for what it was. Some of my favorite wrestlers were in this match and would have rather seen them in singles action, but wasn't too disappointed. Team Johnny winning was what i was expecting, although I was hoping for Team Teddy to win it. 7. Punk vs Jericho - This was a good match, as I thought it would be...but maybe not as good as I thought it would be. Don't get me wrong, it was still a great match, but I think I set my sights to high for this one going into it. I really enjoyed Jericho trying to get Punk to get himself disqualified. I loved the spot where Jericho reversed Punk's top rope attempt and dropped off the corner and turned it into the walls of Jericho. I would have been happy if that was the finish, but these 2 kept it going. From Punk's perspective I can see having Jericho tap out...but I would have rather seen this match end with a pin fall instead. Didn't care for Brodus or the FloRida/MGK performances. 8. Rock vs Cena - Another great Mania match. This match really had a 'big match' feel to it. Both guys did a good job, and although I don't like Cena, I will give him credit...he can have a good match as long as he's got the right opponent to work with. I was really suprised by the finish. I was expecting the 'passing of the torch' ending, and was surprised to see The Rock win. I wasn't disappointed though, I was actually happy with the ending. I don't see Rock disappearing for good, I figure he may be back to wrestle at SummerSlam...also, I'm actually interested to see John Cena on Raw tomorrow....and I don't know when that has happened before.

Awesome WM heres my thoughts: Daniel Bryan vs Sheamus: They made a fool out of the belt, the royal rumble winners, Daniel Bryan(made him look like a paper champion), and all Daniel Bryan and Sheamus fans who payed there hard money to see a WHC match but instead get a 18 second match Being a huge Daniel Bryan fan I was pissed as this was one of the match's I was looking foward to alot. They gave us crappy bulid up and a crappy 18 second joke match. So I was really pissed when it happened No excuses, I wanted to see a REAL WRESTLING match ATLEAST give us 10 minutes. Kane/Orton: Meh started out pretty boring but had a good finish. Gotta give credit to them.. I didn't expect that good of a match and it was hard focus on it after D Bry getting "screwed" Rhodes/Big Show: Didn't watch much of since I was eating my dinner at the time But it seemed like an okay match I didn't expect anything speical from the two since Big Show is no where near Cody as a wrestler. It was a feel good moment for the Big Show and hopefully this means Cody will elevate to the main event Divas: Piss Break for me, but it seemed decent HIAC: Amazing match! There were so many times where I thought HBK was gonna screw somone over or thought the match was over, A fantastic ending MOTN and a little sad to see that the era of HHH/HBK/Taker is really over. I think there time is truly over after seeing the way they all left together mixed emotions honestly. GM Tag match: First off I gotta say I HATE how there taking this match like a JOKE! This could've been such great bulid up with a great match(if it was elimination) This is the power of all of WWE, and you have guys like Hornswoggle and Vickie Guerrero out there waving flags? And great Khali out there? Ridiculous. Oh well it was a okay match good ending I honestly thought Santino was gonna beat Miz, then I got pretty pumped up for Ryder thinking it was his "WM moment" But he still had a good moment and if anyone should've gotten the pin for team Johnny it should've been Miz so I was happy, I wish it was elimination so we could see everyone have there WM moment Punk/Jericho: A amazing technical match, I thought for sure that Punk hurt his arm on that suplex to the outside spot. And I thought it was over after The walls of Jericho off the top rope. And I must admit I marked out like a bitch when Punk won, it was an awesome feel good moment for me(huge Punk fan) and also the flying clothesline to outside the ring was epic! Awesome match one of the MOTN Brodus Clay: I found it entertaining dragged for just a little to long thought but it was a good breather after the Punk Y2J match, nothing much to say MGK and Flo rida: MGK did good and Flo Rida should've only had one song performed IMO and he&his dancers should've gotten off stage for Rock's entrance Rock/Cena: A great match, I was expecting just a little more from the crowd though. I'm not gonna say alot about this match, But rocky looked really tired and had some Ring Rust, and was hitting Cena rather hard Overall REALLY good show since Punk/Y2J,HHH/Taker, and Rock/Cena Felt like something was missing though, I hope they bring back MITB always a good match and gives you something to look foward to after WM.

Not the greatest of shows, but was better than the last few. Bryan getting squashed like that was ridiculous, I mean what the hell, why not have a proper match between two guys that CAN actually have a good match, nope instead we get Brodus Clay dancing like a **** for NO REASON, we have 20minutes of 'performances', and we have a backstage segment that was pretty terrible. I did really like Punk/Jericho, and the HIAC two really good matches, but I was so let down with Rock/Cena. Im sick of them trying to book matches where they try and make it seem that Cena can wrestle, he can't and The Rock has never been the strongest 'wrestler' either, but both can brawl. They have spent over a year talking about how much they hate eachother but what, they end up having a match that was like at a snails pace other than a few moments here and there. It should have been an all-out brawl, it should of been like Rock/Austin's battles, just two guys going at eachother from the start to the finish. To be honest, I hated this match, sure it was nice seeing Rock win, but was a pretty pants match. In all, an OK Mania at best for me, just seemed to be lacking in any real tension and was focused way too much on getting some sort of emotional reaction from fans and having mainstream attention.
