Owen Hart's widow were to pass away (knock on wood she doesn't) would WWE be free to release whatever they want to do with Owen, DVD's, figures etc.

Well, the responsibility of his merchandise would probably be passed on to someone close (maybe one of his brothers). Or maybe now that his widow holds his responsibility, she decides who it goes to next. I dont know. Great question honestly. If it was up to Bret, he already said he would sign a mattel contract in a heartbeat.

Oje is over 18 so I am assuming the responsibility would fall on his shoulders. And if I were to guess, I would say that the answer to your question would probably be yes at that point. Bret was close with Oje when he was younger from what he has said but since Owen passed away Martha has apparently kept both kids away from Bret. Not sure if that has changed more recently with the kids being older now. I have to believe Oje has questions only Bret could answer about his dad. Sad situation all the way around.

I think she would decide who it goes to next, most likely someone she trusted to not give the Rights to use Owen over to Vince

well we all know how strongly she feels about this.....so I would think she has it squared away that in the eventuality of her passing no deals will be done.
if thats possible that is.
