Kinda dissapointed with the lack of new figures, but then again, its opening day, I remember back in 2010, they didn`t announce the legends line till the second day, so we might see some proto`s on the projectors like we usually do...

I like what's been shown so far. Pre-ordered Bryan/Cara back in December and I'm glad. Elite 15 looks pretty nice too in terms of Yoko/Cara/Mysterio. I don't collect many divas but the Bellas look awesome as well!!
Can't wait to pick up one of those wrestling buddies!

Wow I totally did not see this until today. I think it is bs that the divas belt is so ed up... The Bellas look pretty good their belt just looks like sh*t. Some of the other figures look good but nothing stood out to me.

You'd think theyd want to capitalize on punks popularity & how fast e11 sold out, by having some new punks ready to go There were stacks of Punks at one of my Walmarts last time I was there (about 3 weeks ago)

While I'm disappointed we didn't see anything else new myself, some of you are acting pathetic right now.
Did anyone ever think it's possible that Elite 16 is still in the very early stages and wasn't ready in time to show? I don't see why Mattel wouldn't show it if they had it ready. Stop being a bunch of spoiled brats. Some of you are making it like Mattel doesn't want to give you BITW CM Punk because it isn't finished yet. Sure if they used the same old scan and just did a repaint of Elite 11 with BITW shirt it would be ready but then everyone would bitch that he didn't have a new head scan. Ever heard the phase good things take time? Relax.

The divas belt has great detail, and if I am going to have to paint it myself, I'm glad that it will be the silver instead of the pinkish-purple parts of the belt. Having to mix that color would be a pain, so they made the right call from a customizers perspective. I understand that the budget wouldn't allow for a vac metalized/painted title, and The Bellas look so good I don't even mind. Hopefully more than a few people want to sell their divas title because I need a few extra.

I would agree with you that people need to relax, BUT the way they have described their design process, they should already be working on prototypes of figures for this time next year. Obviously, they aren't going to show off an entire year's worth of product here, but from what THEY have said, they could. I'm more confused that we didn't see a new basic set. I'm not too concerned about E16 because it's months out yet.

I'm not too concerned about E16 because it's months out yet. I know they start working on a figure and it takes about a year but they definitely couldn't show a year's worth of product's. Arn Anderson for example which comes out in I believe July you could tell was rushed just so they could put it out there. We didn't see Tully or Miss Elizabeth either which is why I know for show they couldn't sure a year's worth of product. When they said that working on figures takes them about a year I think people got confused. If Anderson is coming out over the summer and was rushed to be put out then chances are Elite 16 wasn't ready in time to show. It sucks I know. I was looking forward to seeing Elite 16 some other sets as well but people are making it like Mattel just flat out doesn't want to show pics.

I meant that they COULD, in theory, show us an entire year's worth of product. Not that they necessarily would have mock-ups for it or whatever.

I hate to be "that guy" that doesn't browse through the thread for possibly obvious answers, but this thread is a bit on the long side. What's the big deal with E16? Did Mattel flat out say that what was shown already is going to be it for the week?

Maybe Mattel is saving some stuff for tomorrow, they showed Elite 11 and 12 at comic con, 13, 14, and the early protos for Cara and Yokozuna at ringsidefest.
Elite 16 even though its probably coming out in late may early june might get a peek or 2.
Basics we should have seen at least 2- 3 sets and another set of 2 packs unless there scaling back on the assts.
Legends early protos were floating around for Arn and Tully on this site months ago. Anderson might have look like a rushed proto but chances are that its as close to the finished product.

we are all hoping that ATLEAST we see E16 tomorrow the lack of NEW product is disappointing, but seeing and ordering E15 is great! Thanx RSC. Anyone who bitches about pricing must just be a bit OFF (to put it nicely). I payed about $20 each for all 6 of E15. DELIVERED to my door step. No endless hunting, being disappointed and wasting gas. E15 won't hit retail probably until June. F that! Thanx RSC and now lets see some more legends and Elite figs baby!

The Bellas are the shiz. I'll def. be picking them up. Their faces kind of remind me of a brunette Trish for some reason..

I agree that we should of seen some more basic sets but I think what a lot of people are forgetting is it's not even March yet and 3 basic sets have already started hitting retail with a 4th on Ringside. Basics are every month, that means we should have all 4 basic sets in stores by April but I'm pretty sure we will by March. That's not to say we shouldn't of still seen at least 1 basic set, if not 2-3 of them but it seems like Mattel is pumping out the figures pretty quickly early on where this time last year we weren't even seeing Elite 9(the 3rd Elite set of 2011) until early July. Based on what Ringside says with the early April date, we should see Elite 15 in stores by early-mid May.

They really need a new Punk, I'm actually shocked there isn't so far. You would have thought they'd flood the market with him now! It's nearly impossible for me to find an Elite 11 of him now so get on with it Mattel!

Lets hope tomorrow for Elite 16, which punk WILL be in, if not, we riot! There's a good chance, I'm not going to riot. I'll just shake my fist at people walking by my house. Good enough? Yup, good enough.

Even though we haven't seen that much everything they have shown has impressed me. Elite 15 is brilliant for the amount of rereleases. R-Truths head sculpt is great as is Henry's. Yokozuna is great. Sin Cara is as expected. Evens just a reprint but he does come with a tag title and I'm sure Kofis on the way with the other one. The new Rey I'm actually exited for with The more colourful paint and nice design.
The bellas are better than expected too.
Still trying to convince myself to like the DDP scan. But Arn and Bundy again are great. Bundy maybe could have done with been a bit bigger and maybe had his bum chin on show. He always reminded me of Humpty Dumpty (like a giant egg) but not so much when I look at the figure...

Digging most of the stuff shown. I am just an elite and legends guy so i am happy. I would love to see an updated Rhodes figure but highly unlikely since he is coming up in the new releases.

I am going to guess we won't see elite 16 until it gets put up for pre order probably in March sometime but that is a guess.
