I remember reading back when Warrior sued Vince that Hogan testified that he doesnt even remember if Warrior held up Vince. He only said it in the DVD because it was good for his "character". I definitely read that at the time of the court case over the DVD.
Regardless, I also found it hypocritical for Dibiase to bury Warrior then say hes never had a problem with him. He comes off as Jealous.
Im a fan of the Ultimate Warriors both inside the ring and out. I just think hes one of few wrestlers thats not all caught up with the fantasy of pro wrestling bleeding into his everyday life. Does he charge alot for appearances? Sure, But I just see that as the guy will make an appearance for that money, Hes not sitting by the phone ready to play the Ultimate Warrior BUT if People pay it, He'll do it. And he does get paid so hes got to have an idea of his value.
And im sure someone wont agree with everything I say, I get it. Warrior aint perfect and neither are my statements, Its just the way I see it

Vince is slime ball that took food off of the plate of thousands of families, exploited talent and stole an empire and to believe any of his revisionist history is ridiculous. Smart and I totally agree!

There seems to be too many people who are......gullible I've meet nicer men than Vince, Hogan, etc.... lie just the same... Ultimate Warrior may be nuts...who knows but from what I've seen and heard he seems to be quite an honest person who isn't and will never be involved with the WWE therefor has no reason to liar or protect people's secrets.

I am team Warrior on this issue that DVD was so biased and they all took the side of the man paying them. I trust Warrior more than anybody.

nobody should base thier opinions on WWEs DVD.
I think Warrior did hold Vince up because of various wrestlers talking about it in shoots, which I detailed earlier in the thread.but who knows.....maybe Vince did owe him a vast amount of cash.

Maybe its somewhere in the middle. Vince owed him a couple thousand and he freaked. I just dont Vince firing one of his biggest draws because Vince owed him money. I still think Warrior tried to shake him down for additional money.

ya see thats a great point......I dont see why Vince would fire Warrior unless it was over something like this.he has always been business first(we seen that when he hired Bischoff) so as said why the hell would he can his second biggest draw?

And not just his 2nd biggest draw, but the guy Vince saw as the future. Warrior was going to be Hulk's replacement. Warrior had to have done something awful for Vince to scrap his plans for Warrior.

Very good point indeed. I wonder what WWE woudl have been like had he stayed rather than been given the boot.

He wasn't gone for long so it obviously wasn't that big a deal, he main evented SS 92 which is only a year after he supposedly held vince up.

Vince is a business man but at the same time will do anything to avoid a lawsuit. There's no way he was holding out on Warrior cause that would cause a breech of contract and then Warrior could make a legal matter out of it, stacked on top of his already building legal matters.....its not something McMahon would want to deal with. Because of this, I completely side with Mcmahon saying that Warrior held him up for money.
