How was Andre World Champion for 30 seconds when he was champion for around more than a minute, did his title like start when the belt was handed to him?
I'm pretty confused.

it's the same reason they say bundy won at wm 1 in 7 or 9 seconds when it's clearly not true. wwe just makes it up as they go.

Andre's WWF World title reign was about a minute and thirty seconds, give or take, I'd say. It started immediately after the "3-count" by "Dave" Hebner:
Here's the full original match in it's entirety. Non-WWE version, of course because that's how it should be.

^Yeah. And the confusing thing is Jack Tunney said that the ref already made the three count so Andre's title reign counts, yet Owen Hart got the 1-2-3 but isn't classed a Champion..WTF?

it's too bad Andre never got a proper reign....just a "Thank You Note" from Vince so he could have a World Championship on his resume...
