Be sure to set your frame rate speed anywhere from 17-21. This is pretty slow, not sure why. One of the major things with first time pivot animators, is that they have stiff animations. Remember to move every joint in every frame. What version of pivot are you using? Can the back be bent? That's all I'll say for now, until you fix the speed. Take care, and welcome aboard the Stick Ani Board!

Good to see a new animator on the board! As mentioned above it looks like you're using an older version of Pivot which is fine if you don't mind making your own sticks and styles but I'd suggest that as a begginer you use the Beta version which I belive is avaible to download in the First Aid thread stickied at the top of the board so that you can just use styles that other users have made and focus on animating for now. Anyway one o0f the probles with using the eariler version is that the defult stick has no joints to bend in the back which makes it look very unrealstic and stiff. Besides that you seem to move the joints pretty consistently though there were some parts where you could have extended the joints more like the arms during the take off of the jump. You seem to be using a pretty good amount of frames though definatly need to speed it up (to 17 if you download and start using the newer version). Anyway I think overall your off to a good start though should definatly download the newer version of Pivot along with some of the styles and sticks, hope to see more from you soon.
