Thought you guys might get a kick out of the team I drafted and all the ridiculous crap that has happened to it. This was a 10-team auction draft, by the way.
QB Tony Romo* Peyton Manning*
RB Jamaal Charles* Peyton Hillis* Jonathan Stewart Ryan Grant* Thomas Jones Michael Bush Montario Hardesty
WR Andre Johnson* Miles Austin* Brandon Marshall Julio Jones*
TE Aaron Hernandez*
DEF New Orleans Saints
K Mason Crosby
... No, I'm not kidding.
Just thought it might give some people some laughs. I'm 1-4. FML.

you need to hit that waiver wire now
I've had injuries to some of my FF teams before, so I know how much it blows.. FF is like 75 percent luck anyways..
last year I started out 0-2 but finished 3rd overall with highest scoring because I hit some jackpots on the waiver.. this year, I've made out great on the waiver too I think

Ouch, sucks because that was a great team before all the injuries.

Tim, I have hit the waiver wire as much as I can, but this is a serious league where people actually know WTF they're doing for the most part. My roster is now...
QB: Tony Romo Eli Manning
RB: Peyton Hillis Darren Sproles Jonathan Stewart Delone Carter Roy Helu Isaac Redman Bernard Scott
WR: Andre Johnson Miles Austin David Nelson Eric Decker
TE: Aaron Hernandez
DEF: Saints
K: Mason Crosby
Yes, I know it's brutal. I'm doing the best I can with what I have. LoL.

I feel your pain bro. I'm in two leagues, 1-5 in one and 2-4 in the other. My 1-5 team was my first FF team ever, and I made some bad picks, but my 2-4 team is simliar to the un-luck that you have been having with your team too:
Roddy White Jamaal Charles LeGarrette Blount Tony Romo Mercedes Lewis Mario Manningham
All have been hurt/under achieving so far. Truly does suck to suck

Marcedes Lewis, Mario Manningham and LeGarrette Blount aren't really "underachieving." They overachieved last year, given their skill-sets. Also, other than this past week, Roddy hasn't really been THAT bad. Underachieving a bit, sure, but he's typically known for being consistent, not for being the guy who pulls in the giant games. If he stayed at the pace he was at in the first five weeks, he'd probably finish as a top-10 WR, which is what you'd expect from him.
But yes, Jamaal Charles is ruining lives in FF this year.

Yea, that maybe true about Lewis, Manningham, and Blount, but generally you expect players to get better after a promising year(s). Especially if they're younger which they are in the case of Manningham and Blount. Lewis had Garrard taken away from him (one of his favorite targets) so that's kinda unlucky. We had this discussion before about White, and idk maybe just different expectations or something. But to me when you have more single digit games than double digits, that's mediocre at best, especially for someone of his caliber. But to each his own.

You have to look at how he's doing in comparison to the other players at his position. Even after a horrendous Week 6, Roddy White is still the No. 19 WR. That's not THAT bad. Yes, he's been disappointing, but it's not like he's crapting the bed (other than this past week).
