This is a joke right?  Love the new DM's too. Mattel, you are the worst toy company ever!!! Thank you. ;D Yes I think this is a joke. They cancelled the Legends, EG and DM Series. There are figures they only sell at TRU and Matty (most of collectors around the world cannot buy them). I want DM, Legends, EG and the TRU exclusives. I want them, they deliver? Really? I don't think so. At the moment there is no possibility to get DM Bret Hart or Vince McMahon.  And yes I know I'm from Germany and you don't care bla bla, but Mattel is an international toy company and all their figures should be available for everyone. Sorry if anything is spelt wrong. |

i am also from germany but i life in sweden and these idiots( toyshops etc) dont sell wrestling stuff reallly this sucks cause i dont have the money to buy this figures and they cost tp much money when i buy them in the internet and i started to collect june 2010 and how many figs i have now 9 ! 9  ing figures ! and its really stupid cause i only can get figs on my birthday and christmas |

you know what really bugs me? Why is it that those members who want to defend all of Mattel's actions and insist that the the company can't possibly do anything wrong, and that we're the sinners for pointing out their mistakes... ...never use bloody PARAGRAPHS when they are posting? Wow, you pretty much summed it up verbatim, I clearly said "I'm defending all of Mattel's actions and I'm insisting that the company can't possibly do anything wrong, and that everyone who incessantly b#tches about it are sinners for pointing out their mistakes..." I'm going to make sure from now on to use "bloody paragraphs" so that you can focus on my words over my form. I'll be even more plain-speaking than I was before (which was pretty plain-speaking anyway) and reiterate: Mattel was making a mistake (in my opinion and several others that I have talked to) by making Heritage PPV lines that only included the same few repaints over and over again, and was applauding what I thought was a great decision to expand the line to include wrestlers who existed prior to 2000. When reading a sentence which says that Mattel is finally making a good decision one should be able, if they are so damn smart, to infer that the sequence for finally arriving at a good decision means that one has made several bad ones prior to. I hate that the Legends line had to be cancelled, but stop living in denial and saying that Mattel had no justification to do so. When it comes to big business Mattel is HUGE, and big businesses stay big by cancelling things that don't "sell well", and I say that in parentheses because these figures did okay at retail, and in fact, better than okay at some stores, but just "okay" doesn't cut it for a company that is trying to maximize it's profits. Mattel does not give a sh#t about your toy collection. I'm sure that the folks on the Mattel WWE design team are passionate about what they do, and are as disappointed as you are about the Legends line being axed at retail. Realize that if they called the shots you'd probably have the most awesome line of toys ever made. That can more than likely be said for any great toy line. But these fellows don't make the rules and they don't call the shots. And again, Mattel does not give two craps about your hobby. They are not a charity and they do not seek to operate like one. Does anything I've said sound like a man who thinks Mattel can do no wrong? No, I'm just not kidding myself into thinking a corporate entity is going to exist and operate and do anything differently than any other corporation on the planet. You can accept this and keep buying toys (keep in mind we are talking about toys, not food, not water, not sleep, not reproduction) or you can quit. Have fun or don't. I have never once let my dislike of the Heritage series figures up to this point make me come on to a message board with a stinking rotten attitude and sh#t on someones else's parade because they are getting something they want and I'm not. |

Amen....People like Bundy, DDP Liz, Rockers and Andre might not be at the top of my wants lists but knowing that they are making these still which keeps my hopes up for ones that I do want are very pleasing and Im very grateful. They could have just said, "Damn sells sucks we may or may not have screwed up ourselves...Lets just call it off and stick with the current stuff" |

umm.. they are far from the worst toy company ever? have you seen or heard or Jakks yet? lol there are alot worse out there.. just because something dont go your way does not mean its everyone elses fault and that they are such horrible ppl
There already is a DM Bret Hart out lol just came out last month you can pick him up on RSC, amongst many other shops.. and Vince just dropped too on that mail away promotion im sure some will be for sale on ebay or something, plus they plan on making one in the line next year

Also looks like Liz is gonna get the outfit that she wore with Macho and Hogan that was in a lot of Mega Powers promo pics. This leads me to believe (fantasy land here) that one day Mattel might be able to sign Hogan to make the set complete.
