Stiffness was pretty bad, as was choppiness. There seem to be an unnecessary movement with the ring and a guardrail. Better than your last ones though.

First off you should change the color of the defending stick as it's too similar to the background which makes it hard to see. Anyway an alright animation here. Some pretty basic problems like there was no jump into the monkey flip so it looked like the stick just floated to him and there were several stiff joints throughout like the back on the Purple stick, there were some odd looking movments too like the defending sticks back around the flip and the reactions looked rather rushed. It is quite smooth though and at an alright speed though could be slowed down a bit. Also i think you should probably try doing easier moves for now.
