I'm sorry, but the attackers head is really bugging me. Why is it down like that? Little easy-fixes are visible, such as foot placement. Stiffness in backs. And the attackers sit-down is too much like a laydown. Needs reactions.
Smooth ani, nice flow. Good airtime.

No i don't like this animation I really hate the fact that you copied marc's animating style get your own style of animating there is plenty of styles and if you are going to do marc's animating style at least get the spacing right! Now the animation...
as a matter of a fact its bullpoop so don't bother doing animations.. ever
the foot placement if WAY off it starts on the top but the legs go down per each frame it is also extremely stiff in some parts and the head is stiff MOVE IT!
impact was horrible it made me want to pull off my glorious hair so anyways try adding a bounce to it as well as making the arms move up or the legs up in the air to add more of a reaction
Also the back is fidgety makes the animation sorta give you a cringey feel if you know what I'm saying..
Well anyways before you talk poop to me about saying that I don't know anything about animating or stuff I'm just giving you some CC..
So don't worry I know you are just starting and this is probably like your 10th animation or something...
