so which is it?
I had to think LONG and hard about this.the 80s had Legends like
Santana,Valentine,Savage,Steamboat,Rude,Warrior,Honky........
the 90s had such notables as
Perfect.Bret,Piper,HBK,Bulldog,Rock,Austin,HHH,Razor Ramon,Jeff Jarrett,Owen........
I had to give it to the 90s.was a hard choice though.......what say you lads.

The 90s.
No other list can really compare when you have Mr. Perfect, Bret Hart & Shawn Michaels on the same list.

Wow, tough question. Since I'm a big Hitman and Perfect fan I guess I'll have to say 90's. It's close though.

That is a tough question.
i'll have to go with the 90's though.
what an impressive list of superstars and it shows what a great stepping stone the I.C. strap was.
at a glance i can see 11 wrestlers who held the strap in the 80's and 90's and went on to become world champions in the WWF.
did you ever do a tournament for the greatest I.C. champion?

. did you ever do a tournament for the greatest I.C. champion? no but I think I will. narrowing it down to 32 will be tough though.unless I do it by decade and then have them square off ......

If you look at both lists, some of the best names in wrestling are on there. The only problem is one thing us fans "bitch" about now is exactly what happened in the 90s. The title was made meaningless and "pimped out". Look at the 1980s, 10 Different title holders in 10 years. In 10 years of the 90s, 28 different people held the IC title. Its not that some of the names werent bad, I mean You had legendary names like Perfect, Hart, Michaels....but you also had guys like Dlo, Shamrock, Chyna, Ahmed Johnson and Val Venis. For every step forward the 90s took, they took another 2 steps back.

I started it and with the 90s poll I just threw in some of the best from the 00s(way too many meaningless champs in the 00s)
