James W. Enderson's rules of the internet
James W. Enderson 3:16 says- Internet forums are internet forums for the discusion of the labeled boards and threads, not "comedy contests" for people to try and embarass other users and get five seconds of fame and laughs. In other words, don't be an internet tough guy.
James W. Enderson 3:17 says- Labeling one's own part of a post, or entire post, as "off-topic" does not excuse the fact that the post is off-topic.
James W. Enderson 3:18 says- It's just the internet. One's grammar and spelling should not be looked into by posters as if the aggresing posters are college English professors. However, there is a limit; using the wrong "your" is acceptable. Using "ur" is questionable. "Sp3aking lEiK th1s" is just wrong.
James W. Enderson 3:19 says- New forums that are a "spin-off" of more popular sites created by disgruntled members of the latter never gain popularity and have an average lifespan of about a month before they fade into obscurity (meaning no new members or posts.)
AND BRAND NEW TO THE ROSTER:
James W. Enderson 3:20 says- Making statements stating that one will do ([something], such as deleting their own account) if something does or does not happen is just a way to get attention to one's self, or boast one's self righteous beleifs in a hyperbolic way. In many instances where the undesired result occurs, the claim maker will find a loophole in his/her statement, or avoid their claim altogether. Especially since the claims are not enforceable and, as mentioned, rarley carried out, these "If ____, I'll _____" statements should just be considered outright spam.
