I think they are awesome for starters, you have the basic poses down imo. You just need to use more frames and space movements better. Good stuff.

edit your posts, dont bump if no one replies.the anis are stiff, and choppy. try harder last time i checked you were aloud to bump if no one replied. anyway animations are rather stiff and choppy and fidget quit a bit. work on smoothing the animations out and space it, meaning dont make every individual movement of the same lenth, make it start off small and work the way up and when you reach a point that you think it has moved fast enough start to slow it down. to get rid of fidgetyness dont move the joints of a stick in different directions and to stop it being stiff try and move every joint in every frame. a lot of animators dont do this but i use 2 jointed sticks as it takes less effort to move every joint and it can make your animations look rather good. hope i helped and if you ever need anything just pm me. i cant always deliver but ill try my best

Your off to a really good start here man, your animations aren't stiff at all from what I can see but they are rather choppy which is the main problem in all of them, so you should try and use some more frames so that the animations come out at a slower more realistic speed, for now I'd say thats all you should really be focusing on as once you get that down I think that you'll start improving very quickly. But yeah there's a ton of potential here and I hope to see more from you soon!
