Grand Toys Factory in Dorval

Hey guys,

There is a Grand Toys factory and distribution centre in Dorval, next to Montreal Quebec.
I always see it while passing the highway. As we all know, Grand Toys distributed the LJN line back in the day.
Do you guys think that there are still some LJN figures laying around there somewhere ?
I was thinking of going there and asking for a tour or something.

I was just wondering if there were any LJN collectors in Montreal.
I myself have been collecting them for about a year now.
I have 15 moc LJN WWF figures.
It would be cool to speak with others from my area. I feel like I am the only one who has MOC LJNs in this city right now.

It has been 20 years since Grand Toys distributed LJN figures, but perhaps (unlikely though) they still have some production samples somewhere in the building.

I've seen that building numerous times as well while driving into Montreal. It would be worth a shot to ask them because if there is stuff laying around they probably don't care about it since its been so long.

I collect LJN's (loose), but i'm about 2 hours west of Montreal.

id ask but if they had any they would probably have really crappy carding and probably not in great shape but if they where just in a box then theyd probably be fine. and yes id stop in and ask

Don't count on there being anything. Around my office anything that is past a couple of years old gets donated to a children's charity or trashed. If it's anything to keep it goes into a glass case. More than likely the stuff is long gone or someone knows what they have. If you do go & ask, please bring a video camera & post their reaction to you asking on youtube. Should be funny.
