One thing that sticks out is the blue guys arms are bent the wrong way and look really weird and unnatural. The ani is also very slow,especially the piledriver drop. There needs to be a good few frames removed.

This ones a step down from your recent animations, as CS said you really need to work on some of those movements because they just look simply wrong. The main problem at the moment is the stiffness, like you should really try and move every joint in every frame, the sooner you start the better because if you hope to become good at doing these there's no real way of avoiding it. Besides that it's reasonably smooth but defiantly needs some more, particularly around the start. Impact and reactions were alright though ended a bit quickly. Keep busting these out and I'm sure you'll start to really see improvement.
