a decent spear needs way more frames than you have seemed to put into that, the animations were choppy and the reactions were mediocre, try and add more frames without it being floaty etc.

Welcome to the board, assuming that your new because I haven't seen you around here before, anyway these are pretty standard for a new guy. You seem to move the joints reasonably well though some parts could still use some more moving, like on the 'rana the back and arm joint's hardly moved at all (with the back joint you need to move more then just the top dot). Your movements seem pretty right on. If you haven't already you should put the speed on 17, even if it makes the animation look too fast it's good for you to get used to animating at that speed, anyway these are pretty choppy and I'd say that that's your main problem so try and use a lot more frames not so many that if looks slow but just enough so that it gets a nice consistent flow with a good speed to it. Anyway hope to see you make some more!
