That is the tradition as far as I'm concerned with people who win these games.

Well then I guess Jack miscalculated.

It should be when it there are 12 people left [final 3 + 9 on Jury] so if we have 13 after AJ/Jake go then the vote out next time will be the last person who is not guaranteed to be on the Jury or in the Final 3.
