Not sure where to put this, but since it aired during the attitude era, I put it here. Feel free to move it.
Watching this documentary now, and really enjoying it. I remember seeing it when I was little and being amazed.
Does anyone know who the wrestlers were in this? One of them kinda looks like Dustin Rhodes, and kinda sounds like him. Otherwise, I'm not really sure.

I never cared for it... a lot of it was too ridiculous to take seriously.
As for the wrestlers, that was a pretty hot topic back when the show first aired. I believe Mike Modest was one of the first guys to claim involvement, and I also seem to recall one of the disguised talkers was pretty clearly Harley Race, which was a shock due to his status in the business.

is this the one that claims match instruction are delivered via the commentators using hand signals?

It's a little hard to take seriously, but I definitely recommend it. As for the hand signal thing, i'm not sure. It can be watched there. Good to know Mike Modest was in it; Harley Race is kinda surprising, but nice.

The Pitbulls are in it. Gary Wolf was Brute Force and Anthony Durante was Colossus. Mike Modest was the All American Boy. Harley Race was the Booker.

where are all the stunt granny fans at Yeah!!!! That's the best part. I love the fact that people in the business were all up in arms about it, one promoter actually put a bounty on anyone involved. But then it came out and everyone realized it was mostly either made up, or hadn't been true in 20 years or more. Those guys worked the network

This documentary probably helped make backyard wrestling more popular than ever back then. If you are going to tell people that bodyslams and piledrivers dont hurt, then of course they are going to try doing them. Lets hear it for stunt grannies and promoters handing out signs to the fans.
