On freewebs i noticed some people like have the segment 1 2 3 4 5 and so on tabs. how do you get them and how do you get the next sign to go onto the next segment

Try to make a image...paste it into the freewebs (if using easy site builder) and highlight it. Then it the little hyperlink button and you should know what to do from there.
