I wouldnt go by it to be honest. To some extent yes its true but the majority of them, claim to be uncommon just because its rare to find them complete with the items they should be with, whereas the figures seperatly are more or less common. Others such as Nailz, Nasty Boys and Bam Bam Bigelow i think are common/uncommon not rare. There often on ebay selling for £3 maximum. Same with Samu, the list states its uncommon when its always unselling on ebay for £1.50 even Samu MOC struggles to sell formore than £7
But if you want to start colecting Hasbros then this is a brief guide to follow and is ok

But if you want to start colecting Hasbros then this is a brief guide to follow and is ok actually, I started my Hasbro collection in 1995 I'm trying to finish it now, it's just the really rare / really expensive stuff that I need such as Dusty Rhodes and series 11. I think I have about 60% of all the figures, but they are all loose.

Actually, the Nasty Boys are pretty rare and hard to come by in the United States, but are much easier to find in the UK I am told. So some of the difference between common/uncommon/rare could be regional.
However, since the conversation is about finding these figures in England I would say that you are right, Scotty.

Your completly right Golden Hulk. Certain figures seem to be more common overseas, i just find that list a bit "guessed" i think is the right word. almost as someone has jusquickly put it together. Its correct in most places tho
