From the auction: "ULTRA RARE DUSTY RHODES MAILAWAY FIGURE MINT IN PACKET. THIS FIGURE WAS A MAIL ORDER VERSION THAT WAS AVAILABLE BEFORE THE FIGURES ACTUAL RELEASE IN THE EARLY 90S AND WAS A PRE ORDER FROM A UK STICKER BOOK.THIS WAS PROBABLY THE REASON THE FIGURE WAS SO LIMITED UPON RELEASE. HOWEVER VERY FEW STILL APPEAR IN THEIR MAIL AWAY BAGS, THIS BEING THWE ONLY ONE I HAVE SEEN UNOPENED IN THE PAST TEN YEARS. TO MY KNOWLEDGE I HAVE NEVER SEEN THIS ON EBAY BEFORE. GET IT WHILE YOU CAN. ALSO CHECK MY OTHER AUCTIONS, I HAVE OTHER WWF MAILAWAYS AVAILABLE AS WELL AS THE OTHERS THAT WERE RELEASED AS MAILAWAYS THE SAME TIME AS THIS FIGURE. THIS HOWEVER IS BY FAR THE RAREST."

I still say that someone could have bought a sealing machine and sealing up his loose Hasbro figures.

I guess the bagged Kamala w/moons should be next to show up on ebay! That wasn't bagged. It was a carded variant.

What he was trying to say is that these are not legitimate and someone will probably eventually take a Kamala, paint the moon on, seal it in a bag (like has been done with most of these others), and try to pass it off as a "bagged sample" or something like that. Bottom line: bags are not collectible, figures are. Putting a figure in a bag shouldn't matter to the value if the figure inside is no different than the carded counterpart. It's just far too easy to put something in a bag and seal it.
