Guys, you do know they can make more than one WWE Championship belt right? It's not like the one Punk has is the only one in the world. True but this whole storyline McMahon made it seem like if Punk walks out with the title we would never see it again like it was the only one so having a bunch of extras defeats the purpose of McMahon panicing so much. It's the point that this tourney is a shame more or less. Punk can show up in ROH or TNA and say... Hey, I am the WWE champ... no one beat me... here is their belt..or something to that affect. ...or is it effect? |

I wish Punk being at chiargo game was fake like they took pictures on a saturday because they didnt do any shots with him in the crowd?

Not a bad match, but still...
4 Raws until Summerslam could have set up a massive and awesome tournament, possibly even a 16 man tournament if they had held it over the course of so many weeks.
There's just not an outcome tonight that I can see not being disappointing. there are also no real surprises in this tournament, unless Dolph wins. but that won't happen
Lastly, Cena better not be on Raw tonight. I thought the firing would be great. Then he could be gone for about a month before the Rock demands he be brought back. These things aren't rocket science, it's just the idea that you can take time with things, which WWE doesn't seem to believe.

Michael Cole just called the Texas Cloverleaf the Sharpshooter. It's like when he called that urinagi Punk did last night the anaconda vice.That was a quick match! Not a bad start to the show though. Too bad that wasn't a urinagi, Cena was just laying on top of Punk. I'm not referring to that, it was a definite urinagi he hit at one point and as they hit the mat Cole screamed "The Anaconda Vice is locked in!" even as Punk was standing back up, I thought it was hilarious but my mates, who are casual fans, didn't understand.
