I left for a while once all the calamity took over the board, but it looks like StingerSplash has got things under control so I'm back. Glad to see this is back to a board about pic fedding and not drama. Kudos! Up first is USWF Episode #5 (although really our 7th show) and it's loaded down with action. If you missed the last show, let's get you up to speed. USWF is an old school fed, occupying the Memphis area in a fictional reimagination of the era using fictional wrestlers in the territory. We were part of the National Wrestling Alliance, NWA, but broke away from them on our last show when the USWF World Champion defeated the NWA World Champion. The idea being that USWF operates in a real world, so characters like Andre The Giant or Jimmy Superfly Snuka might show up as passing through. It should be noted that this is not King of Honor's NWA or any other NWA past or present on the board. Also on the last show, "The Duke" Silus Coltrain challenged the World Champion, Preston Bockwinkel and any member of his stable, The Triumvirate, to a tag team match where the Duke would have a mystery partner! Elsewhere Idol Price apologized for the nasty remarks he made to fan favorite Ovaltine Jenkins about his wife. USWF Episode 5 - Part 1USWF Episode 5 - Part 2USWF Episode 5 - Part 3USWF Episode 5 - Part 4On Today's Show: Boxcar Willie gets his long awaited SPIN THE WHEEL, MAKE THE DEAL match against the Memphis Mafia. Plus the first semi-final round match in the World Tag Team Title Tournament as Ovaltine Jenkins and Wolfman Moon Parsons do battle with the British Battalion! Plus the reveal of Silus Coltrain's mystery partner and that contest!

Holy S**t!!! Karnov breathes fire! He's like the dude from Dragon Ninja!!!! That's it, I don't even need to finish watching your show, you have already achieved GREATNESS! Dude, great to see your show back on the board, it's one of my faves. That Idol Prince is a meanie! Ovaltine is one of my favorites, along with Boxcar Willie! Willie's got the best name in wrestling and it fits his character (figure) so good! A TV belt, cool! Is it from spam? I like your tag team matches, I am studying them since I always want to do tag matches in my Fed but I feel they are not my strong point, so I will take lessons from your matches. You know I watched that main event just to see KARNOV BREATHING FIRE! Dude, that's the most exciting thing I've seen in a long time, you can do it a bunch of times before it gets too old for me, lol! Great show! Great entertainment! You're on a roll! ;D

Thanks man, glad you liked it. Glad you're getting a real sense for the characters and coming to love and loathe the appropriate ones. I'm glad that you appreciate the work put in here. I've really been trying to focus on characters, storytelling nd plot development, so I'm glad you're picking up on it.
Thanks!
Keep it coming peoples!

Great show. I always enjoy your shows. In fact, I was JUST thinking I was missing your stuff and was wondering if/when it was coming back.
I love your characters. It's great to see a fed NOT filled with wrestlers we all already know. I bet it makes for a lot of fun when developing each character.
Karnov was a fun surprise! I thought when I first started reading about fire, etc. that it was Ricky Steamboat. Nice swerve.

Good ole odb, glad to see you still picfedding after all this time. Loved the Karnov charachter, coulda used a better head though than the sheik and most guys wont get who he is until they google him. This card lacked something for me, as all your stuff has even when mo let you into the T.W.A. I just cant get the whole 'Memphis' feel that you are trying to go for. Probably because when I see your guys they are all just head swaps and I see Dusty Rhodes, Terry Funk, Ric Rude and so on. Maybe if you are going to use made up guys go for some customizing on the heads, that will draw your audience in a lot deeper, at least from where I'm sitting. Even simple little things like modded hair or even different colored hair. Also maybe get a backdrop for your background instead of a water damaged concrete wall. A simple black or grey background can be bought relatively cheap at Staples. I loved the fire effect! Best thing I seen in your fed besides the X-mas show outside segment. Cant get into the whole triumvirate thingy when I still see Gorilla Monsoon and such but thats just beating a dead horse. Hopefully with your moving you will be able ot set up a new arena and hopefully make a few changes to your presentation that will really help elevate your fed a little higher and make it stand out much more.

Anyone who watches/reads the show definitely has to get a feel for them. I got a really nice email the other day from a guy who runs a Memphis wrestling historical site and he told me how much he could feel the Memphis vibe in my shows. That the characters were familiar and yet different. So it's great to hear that sentiment from you as well. It's really a lot of fun to develop them and I'm glad to have it caught on so well. Trust me even better stuff is coming. USWF beats to it's own drum and I'm thankful so many people like yourself are supportive of it.

Dude, we are head to head on episode count! You can't have that! You need to shoot a new one! We need more Ovaltine Jenkins and Boxcar Willie (man, I LOVE those names)!

Haha, I was really excited to film a new show, but I've already got my arena torn down. Gonna be at least a week before I can shoot another one, maybe longer. Although I may try to do something in the meantime, even if it's not quite a show. If I can get the free time!

Thanks, the backdrop is actually by design to go into the old Memphis/SMW feel of the run down arena. Originally I had a curtain and a maroon backdrop like the old TV Memphis studio, but I wanted something a bit more rough, so I removed them and did the bare after the first couple shows. However it's likely there will be a new backdrop for the new arena, although I may try and replicate the current look as it's what I was going for and likely also a touring arena setup as well which will definitely be different. I wouldn't mind constructing a coliseum or Gardens setup, but I'll just have to see.
The figures are remaining the same, beyond costume changes which have continued since the first show. Several guys have changed various bits on their outfits, etc. Thanks for the feedback and glad you enjoyed it. I really hope to begin serious filming for the next show once everything is finalized, as I've already filmed some promos.
