Watched Night of the Demons at my cousin's recommendation - I give it...two thumbs down. I too made the fatal error of watching this piece of crap on somebody else's recommendation.....I wasn't expecting much.....but it still managed to stun me with its crapness!!!

The Purge: AnarchySo much better than the first one. Pretty good movie for what it was. I really enjoyed this movie, even though everything outside of Grillo's performance was amateur hour. I'll just pretend he's the Punisher in this.

What did you think Mate? Currently watching Filth the Scottish flick. I'm enjoying it greatly! Superb film. Strange at times, but Mcvoy is great in leading roles. The Road Warrior is an old fave of mine man....I love it to bits. I also recently watched Filth....enjoyable but I disliked the ending.....no need for that. Just watched Filth last night actually! Yeah brilliant performance by Mcvoy and Bell, and my God... Imogen. Goodness. Ha. But yes I thought the ending wasn't necessary. I thought it was too over the top. But brilliant performances all around.

I don't get what makes this movie apparently "so good" that Scream Factory gave it a new HD release not too long ago...IMO a complete waste of a bluray disc. It reminds me of Evil Dead (the original), but at least the Evil Dead was entertaining.

so I had my Godson over today and he had never seen Stargate. So even though I had just watched it not too long ago we watched it earlier.
Cracking movie.....I love it. Spader & Russell are on top form here.

Citizen Kane - finally got around to watching it
It's in the top 3 that I've seen...with 'A Streetcar Named Desire' & 'Gone With The Wind'
I was stunned by everything about the movie...the script, direction, acting, aging of the characters throughout back then; extremely well done classic

Well if you're into found footage and horror than I'd suggest As Above So Below. But if you have a short attention span than I suggest you don't see it. You have to pay attention the entire movie to understand everything that's happening. I'd suggest it for you horror fans out there.

Tried watching "Only God Forgives" -- wanted to study the lighting for my next flick. Couldn't finish it, but the lighting was gorgeous.

Suburban Commando.. first time seeing it in 20 years... as much as I am a Hogan mark, that movie is pathetic and i have no idea how Christopher Lloyd put his name on that garbage!
