I went back today seeing if I could help out the other boardmembers who had asked me if I could help them with the Miz & Ryder. (I always make sure my fellow local collectors get a chance before I pick up for others whose areas will have them as well.) Anyway not luck with them. My store hadn't even put out the display. Instead it looks like they just filled the pegs with the product. Because Elite 9, DM 2, Legends 5, Basic 11 and Rumblers were all on the pegs now. But here's what I did get today.

So now I'll pick up another DM3 Triple H next week and mail away for 2 Vince figures.
Today at TRU I picked up 2 Elite 9 Orton figures along with a Miz and Ryder. They didn't have the display out yet. It was still in the back, but I asked an employee and he went into the back and pulled the figures I was looking for. Then at Target I picked up 2 Basic 11 Skip Sheffield figures. 1 for me and 1 for an overseas friend.
The best part is I just found out that the Basic 11 were $4.99 each. I had put them in the cart while my wife & daughter were checking out school supplies. But because of my back injury and the poor weather I wasn't up to walking around the store so I told my wife to take their time and I'd wait for them in the truck. It turns out the figures didn't scan so the cashier asked her how much they were and she said she didn't know because I had put them in the cart while they were looking at back to school supplies for my daughter. (That's right school has been out 1 week and they already have back to school items. lol) Anyway my wife said the cashier asked the front end manager who told them $4.99. My wife even questioned the low price saying she had bought me a wrestling figure the other day on clearance that was $10. But they guy said to her that's alright $4.99.

And here's what I did with the extra Orton. I swapped the heads between E9 & All-Stars.
All-Stars Orton with Elite 9 head -
Now who should get the Miz's title? It's a toss up between my custom Benoit and although it's the wrong era my custom NWA Dusty Rhodes. I think Benoit will get the US title. Here's a pic with both guys with it -

And my wife went out to WalMart this afternoon with my Mother-In-Law and picked up a WMH Punk for $5.
