I MET ALEX RILEY AT MATTEL*Pictures*

Hi everyone! I work right across the street from Mattel Head quarters. Today I was at the Employee store buying some figs(discount ;D) and one of the emplyess told me that a WWE wrestler was in the building doing a head scan for his figure. Well after a while of waiting I went outside and sure enough there he was posing for picture for both wwe magazine and Mattel. I was told though that a prototype was already complete? and will be shown at SDCC? The girl wasn't a 100% sure and he was going to pose inside the Mattel store with his figure? Unfortunately I wasnt there when they took pictures inside the store since they kicked everyone out but I did capture some pictures while he was outside. As a side note he's not very freindly, came off as an ass hole to me. But then again he was probably having a long day.

Theres no need to be like that even if he did have a long day...Still get his figure though.

I tried talking to him, but again too much was going on and he was probably there all day. Im not mad or anything because we all have bad days. For all I know hes probably a cool guy, but not today.

I think he was just having a long day. I wrote him a letter about 2 months ago and he was nice enough to write me a letter back with an autograph, it came off as really nice. My guess is he was just tired of sitting there for a couple hours complete still doing scans and rescans just got to him.

That's a cool story.
I once saw Harvey Whippleman buying Wendys hamburgers for the guys in the back before a Raw show (early Attitude era) and Stevie Richards at GameStop (right after he cut his hair). Those were my brushes with Wrestling greatness.

Is Mattel's store loaded with basic 11, elite 10, Legends 6, series 10 2 packs? ;D

Youd think they would since that is the headquarters in El Segundo,ca. All they have is a bunch of old elite from there store( TONS of Christians) and basic Reys and some TLC. TONS of rumblers. The store is really small, and the wwe stuff is limited. Once in a while youll find some good stuff but not often. Its cool that I work so close to them, but the selection sucks.

I've heard bad stories about the guy so this doesn't surprise me, but I'm not a person that expects every famous person to be nice and care about fans. Never stopped me from liking CM Punk.

The thing here that excites me is you live across from Mattel HQ and get discounts. Need a roommate by any chance?

i was at a fleamarket with my mommy in 1995 maybe 1994 .. after hours of shopping, we were waiting for an elevator to go to the 2nd floor to eat,...when the door pop opened, we had to wait till the people got out... it was Jim the Anvil Neidhart , Rick the Model Martel, and Brutus the Barber Beefcake.

What have you heard about Alex Riley and Cm Punk?
Im intrested...Thought CM Punk would be alright?
