Really looking forward to this show. We know Cena will most likely win, but this is one of the best built feuds for him in recent months, and they have don a good job at making it so you want to see the match, even if you know Cena will win. Plus, I think it could be a pretty damn good match, cause Truth can go when given the chance, and I think his style with play off Cena well. Miz/Riley is built really well and is interesting. Riley will never be main event material, but he has a good future as a solid midcarder, I think he needs this win, but Miz will likely win. But you wanna continue those awesome face reactions Riley gets? Have Miz try to cheat, Riley still pulls off the win, he needs it.
Punk/Mysterio usually put on good matches, and on PPv I hope this one steals the show. The Orton/Christian feud has been very good, and though I'm sure Orton will win, and this match won't be as good as their Over the Limit bout, it will still be very good. Theres a lot of potential for this to be a predictable, yet really fun show.

Solid card, but nothing really stands out.

just need: WWE Tag Team Championship match:McGillicutty and Otanga vs The Uso(w/ Rikishi) vs Gabriel and Slater That would be great. That or a Diva's title match need to be made last minute. I just noticed SD only has 2 of the 7 matches so that is shameful... Lots of good guys left off the card [Cody/Bryan etc]. I hope MITB is better for SD.

2 PPVs in a row with f*** all build up... poor, poor.
This past RAW had more of a PPV feel than Capitol Punishment will, I think.

Am I the only one who wants Bourne vs Swagger? I'm liking it.

bit off topic, but don't you just hate it when WWE photoshops a belt onto a superstar(look at Barrett)

a must see match, really hope the Wacko wins the title and maybe he could change the title design or something to it, and I hope he lasts up to SummerSlam as champ or even longer! sorry for the double post!

Orton/Christian has been going on for a while, do it's fine. And Cena/Truth and Miz/Riley to me have been built just enough where I'm looking forward to them, but the build didn't get stale.

Orton/Christian has been going on for a while, do it's fine. And Cena/Truth and Miz/Riley to me have been built just enough where I'm looking forward to them, but the build didn't get stale. Really, I'm referring to the fact that the other matches were made with like a week left before the PPV. - Punk and Mysterio will no doubt have a good match on Sunday... but they've already had 2 matches on RAW this month. Suddenly that means they're feuding? - The Big Show/ Del Rio feud has been saved by this past week's RAW and Smackdown. Before that it was so lame. - Kingston vs. Ziggler for the U.S. title: This is just another U.S. title match between Kingston and Ziggler. Nothing more. Again, might be a good match, but personally I barely care about it. - Barrett and Jackson have just been doing the same thing every week for like 2 months, and now a IC title rematch has been made. The sad thing is Jackson will probably take the belt too. - On top of this, Smackdown has 2 matches on the card. 2. Two. There's no Cody Rhodes, Daniel Bryan, Sin Cara, Sheamus, Usos, Slater/ Gabriel, Kane, Ted DiBiase etc etc. - Finally, if Christian loses a 3rd straight World title match, I guess he's done being in the main event scene. That, or we're gonna see yet another rematch between him and Orton. Chris Jericho, please come back and save Smackdown! Granted I'd watch this if it was free over here, but I'm not gonna order. Maybe I'll regret it come tomorrow, but for now, eh, this is a poor PPV in my humble opinion. Over the Limit 2.0.

Im pretty excited for this PPV, there isnt a bad or basically a throwaway match on the card. Everything has potential to be entertaining.
Kofi/Ziggler, Punk/Mysterio and Orton/Christian all have potential to be MOTN and the PPV hasnt even happened yet.
A side of me wants WWE to just throw in a match including somebody like Daniel Bryan, Sin Cara, Rhodes just to get these guys on, but all the matches on the card already can really use the time. Maybe cut Cena/Truth down to like 10-12 minutes, same with Zeke/Barrett and then you can squeeze in another match.

I'm excited about this PPV. Should be interesting. This could be a huge night for both Riley and Truth.

Like the PPV so far, just hope it delivers.
Hopefully they go with the red, white and blue theme with ropes and stage, and please no Raw stage with a graphic change. Do something creative like Night of Champions but in a white house tron or something along those lines.

This has potential to be a good show, but I'm not going to get my hopes up.
Anyone else really hoping they give the main event slot to Christian and Randy Orton tonight? They've worked their asses off for this program and really made it something special, and I don't think Truth has enough star power to be in the main event, despite his recent momentum.

VERY solid card, I'll definitely be watching tonight!
- I'm almost sure Dolph's going home as US champ, so yey. If not, it'll still be an awesome match up. - Riley/Miz has had a good amount of momentum going into it. This could be the rub that Riley needs to certify himself as a singles competitor. - Punk/Rey again, will be amazing. I'm just not sure why they're redoing this feud only a year after their last one. Yes it was great, but there's very little more ground they can cover. - ADR/Show is the one I'm not to mad about. I LOVE ADR, among my top 3 on the roster, but Big Show is not the sort of guy you can have a good match with. Also, this program with the whole 'OW I HAVE BEEN HIT BY ALBERTO'S CAR OOOOWWWW'/'I HIT YOU WITH MA CAR LOL' schtick was never particularly interesting. Still, it should be a nice win for Alberto if nothing else. - Barrett/Zeke. meh. - Christian/Orton has been really good. Of course, I'm rooting for Christian here but despite not liking Randy at all, the two certainly seem to have good chemistry. Personally, I'd have thrown Sheamus into the mix too. - Truth/Cena. amazing build, I doubt Truth will pick up the win, and I don't think he necessarily should. However, he's proven that he CAN be a great heel main eventer and on that merit, he deserves the strap somewhere along the line.
So overall, it's packed with potentially great stuff. I hope it's a good watch. I also hope Obama cuts a promo at some point...
