ok so Ill be doing poll of the week from now on(PM me suggestions) and I reckon this one would kick us off nicely. so which was better?I have just watched them back to back and I gotta say I like 95 better even though back then I wanted Razor to win. for me the action was better and because iot was 2 faces the outcome was more in doubt.WMx heavily suggested a Ramon win(rightfully so) gotta say though I LOVE razor Ramons entrance at WMX.when he slinks under the ladder it smacked of  in a1 ace coolness. thoughts? and votes of course. |

Both great matches for sure. Haven't watched them for a while, but I remember the finish for the Summerslam match being awkward due to the belt being hung too high. Having said that, I still think the Summerslam match slightly edges it, although WMX gets more credit due to it being the original.
Nice Idea, btw.

yeah the 95 finish was a bit screwy for sure.
one thing that was said on HBKs DVD infuriated me though.HHH says Flair said:
"HBK went out there and had a match with a ladder-there just happened to be another guy in the ring".
fpr my money that is 100% incorrect.Hall at this time was a powerful worker and he was instrumental to both matches sucess.

Both are good, but I think WMX had a few better spots, and SS had the awkward finish. Not to mention there was a lot more emotion and story going into WMX which is always a plus.

Summerslam 95 in my opinion was the best ladder match to date. It was superior to Wrestlemania X in that Razor and Shawn got a chance to work out the kinks from the first time around and raise the bar.

SummerSlam '95's match had a better pace, seemed more stiff. I love it.

That the Clique was Hall, Nash, HBK, HHH & Waltman. So why in the world would they down one of their "Clique Brothers" so to speak? |
