THE RETURNEE RUMBLE!

Ring of Poison is proud to announce it's entry for WrestlingFigs.com Pic Fed Board's cross promotion spectacular, When World Collide. ROP will present, live from the ROP Arena, an 8 person battle royale with the highest stakes possible - the winner will receive a shot at CM Punk's ROP World Championship!

And to add further to the excitement in this great match, every competitor will be making their return to ROP, so not only will they receive a shot at the biggest prize in the company, but they will each be looking to earn a return to the ROP! The competitors are;

Samoa Joe: Joe is a competitor with a storied history in the independent rings, but here in ROP he has had varied success. Never a regular competitor, the Samoan Submission Machine will be hoping to capitalize on this chance and stake a claim, and reignite his feud with CM Punk, which saw them contest two 60-minute draws!

Sabu: The Hardcore Icon is a former Tag Team Champion in ROP, but has been missing from action since he lost to a fellow battle royale contestant, Rob Van Dam at Caged Heat 3. Can Sabu add a second championship to his ROP CV?

Rey Mysterio: Rey Mysterio was an integral part of the ROP during our first run, from 2004 until 2007, holding the ROP Cruiserweight Championship and winning the first Eddie Guerrero Memorial Tournament. Rey hasn't yet featured in ROP since our return in the autumn of 2009, and he will be looking to make his return in a big way.

Dusty Rhodes: A surprising entrant in this rumble, The American Dream last featured in ROP teaming up with Arn Anderson, Ric Flair and "Rowdy" Roddy Piper to take on CM Punk, Colt Cabana, Kid Kash and Steve Corino in a new school-old school feud back in 2007. Many will discount the son of a plumber, but can he overturn the odds?

Super Crazy: Super Crazy has been in and around ROP for many a year, but never with much success - fighting losing battles in both the cruiserweight and tag divisions. Will he be able to step it up a level here, and earn his shot at CM Punk, and the ROP World Championship?

Road Warrior Animal: Another surprising entrant in the rumble, Animal earned his spot when he and his tag partner Hawk competed in a surprise Match of the Year contender against The World's Greatest Tag Team for the ROP Tag Team Championships last year. Animal proved in that match there's still fight in the old dog, can he do it again?

Rob Van Dam: Undoubtedly the man with the most success in ROP up to this point, Van Dam has competed for the Intercontinental and the Tag Team Championships before, but has never made the step up to the World Title scene. Can "The Whole F'n Show", in his first match in ROP for over 8 months, rise to the occasion?

Steve Corino: The King of Old School is one of the favourites in this match, having previously competed for the World Championship - in fact, Corino was the man CM Punk defeated to win the championship on our return show in 2009. Will Corino earn another chance to fight for the gold?
