not really sure i understand your question. are you just referring to the words printed on his attires? or the whole design scheme of his attire?
regarding the words on his attires, occassionally he wore trunks with just red drips on (no words). it's really hard to find pics of it, but i definetely remember seeing it on a nitro sometime in 1996/1997 cos i noticed it and thought it was unusual.
i think he also occassionally wore trunks with words printed on them, but no drips

He had "Lone Wolf" attire at one point too, but I can't remember if it was red & black or red & white.

yeah I remember this vaguely.... This is when he turned on Nash right? Yeah, I think it was when Hall returned from his sabbatical in '98. While he was gone the NWO split into NWO black & white and NWO Wolfpac. Hall feuded with Nash when he returned and I think the "Lone Wolf" thing was because he felt unwanted by either faction when he came back. Correct if I'm wrong, because my memory isn't what it used to be.

a side note, but the nWo R3 figure of hall actually features his 'lone wolf' outfit in red.
that era of his character ended when he hit goldberg with the tazer at starrcade

If anyone has pics that'd be great it was his jacket that said lone wolf. only place i could find it verified was ironically an old thread from here: wfigs.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=suggestion&action=print&thread=9393
