is that the guy from law and order? Yes. Here's what Wikipedia has to say about the incident: Hulk Hogan Incident In 1985 on his cable TV talk show Hot Properties, Belzer said wrestling was fake and insisted Hulk Hogan put a wrestling move on him. Hulk Hogan put Belzer in a front chin lock or sleeper hold, which caused Belzer to pass out. When Hogan released him, Belzer hit his head on the floor, sustaining a laceration to his scalp which required him to be hospitalized briefly. Belzer sued Hogan for 5 million dollars, and it was later settled out of court. Belzer used the settlement (rumored to be $1.5 million) to purchase a cottage in France, where he and his wife Harlee live when he's not working in the U.S. On October 20, 2006 on the Bubba the Love Sponge Show it was claimed (with Hogan live on the phone) that the settlement totalled $5 million, half from Hogan and half from Vince McMahon. In 2005 on VH1's Hogan Knows Best, Hulk Hogan paid a visit to Belzer in France at his cottage. Apparently Belzer wanted to re-enact the "head lock," and the incident happened again. No lawsuit was filed. Belzer used the incident in his HBO special Another Lone Nut as part of his stand-up routine.

The guy was a douche. Hogan should have squeezed his head until his eyes popped out Friday the 13th style

I have that on DVD, from when it originally aired, and it's still funny every time I watch it.

I watched that for the first time ever last night and was pretty shocked. I mean, Hogan didn't appear to have applied much pressure at all and he still went out like a light. I thought it was funny how Mr. T said "Oh, he's ok. He's just sleepin".
Mr. T didn't know how right he was.

I think its the little dudes fault. I think they planned for him to say its fake, so he can get put in a chinlock, and "pass out", to prove that it's real. The guy sold to much, and hit his head. His fault I think.
