I've been collecting these things for years (quite a few are originals from when I was a kid and played with them) and finally made up my mind that I'd go for the whole collection. Here is what I have so far. Most are in great shape, while only a few are pretty rough (they'll be replaced eventually) Pic 1: Full shot of all three rings. Two Monster Rings and One Original LJN  Pic 2: My favourite of the three rings  Pic 3: What will eventually be the tag team ring when I have all the LJN's.  Pic 4: I have to find a better spot to display this ring as its hard to see the figures in the back  Pic 5: Wide shot of my Hogan CS collection (on the wall) plus my more treasured figs in the cases.  Pic 6: The other part of my Hogan collection:  If any of you have any LJN's that you don't see in my pics, let me know and we can work something out. I have a few doubles or paypal. |

What the deal with the "Black RAW is WAR Ring", I don't remeber that one

The black Raw is War ring and the one that you see the Wrestlemania sticker on are both Jakks Monster Ring's. They were both made after the LJN's were discontinued and came with two wrestling figures in the box with the ring.

What type of figures can with the Monster rings? The black Raw is War ring and the one that you see the Wrestlemania sticker on are both Jakks Monster Ring's. They were both made after the LJN's were discontinued and came with two wrestling figures in the box with the ring. |

np, they aren't LJN's. These Monster Rings were manufactured by Jakks after the LJN's were discontinued. I got a Undertaker and Stone Cold with my Monster Rings.

ya, Cass, Ax was added yesterday. He's one of my favourites in there because he's very different looking than all the other LJN's.
I just figured out what I'm doing with that third ring. I'm gonna buy a piece of wood that is long enough to fit all three rings, then lay it ontop of that shelf, move my glass cabinets a little more to the side and all three rings will be side by side.

The same BCA Ring Announcer Vince McMahon that was released in the Ringside Collection series was released with the Monster Ring. Also, BCA (Bone Crunching Action) were the series released before TTL, R-3 and RA, from about 1996-2000.

Awesome LJN collection Vandutch. I also think the whole room has a very classy set-up and feel to it. Thanks for posting.
Can someone please awesome this for me: How is it Jakks was able to make an almost identical LJN ring in the form of their monster ring? I thought LJN had a trademark on it, the same way LJN trademarked "Wrestling Superstars."
