I'm pissed about Monday Night Wars getting pulled. I initially got WWE 24/7 to see old Nitros and RAWs. Granted, I've become a fan of the Legends of Wrestling Roundtable segment, I'd still like to see the rest of Nitro, even if it means that Benoit's cut out of it.

Trust me, they just put Wrestlemania 23 back up, and it doesn't have Benoit vs. MVP in it. Check it out for yourself. Maybe WWE for the time being, will keep him off tv until this whole thing cools down. Does anyone have the History of ECW 11-19-1995 on dvd? I missed taping that one. They pulled it after the Benoit thing. I'd be interested in buying a copy of it. I don't have Mania on mine. Maybe it will come later. This sucks, I don't care much for that match (Although others might). It sucks because the Monday Night Wars, they will take out the Horseman segmants, they will take him out of all his great matches he had in WCW and WWF in 1996-2000. I hope they just do this for a few months and then start putting him back! |

They took out the last episode a few days early. We are suppose to get the MNW Tommarow, so hopefulyl they have it. Although, I am beginning to think if they have it they will take out Benoit from everything on Nitro! |

I just checked mine and this week's lineup was added including the next Monday Night Wars, haven't watched it yet but chances are, maybe Benoit was cut out

What's the point in taking him out. Isn't it history what we are paying for. As I said before, I won't defend what the guy alledgedly did, but banishing him from his past, is dumb. If they are going to do that, show his matches, but just cut out them using his name, or showing his name. I think that would be meeting in the middle, for us fans who want to see history in wrestling at it's full, and to those who have issues with him and what he allegedly did.

If anyone watches the MNW soon, can they tell me if the Benoit stuff was edited. Benoit is suppose to be on the WCW program Benoit & Steve McMichael vs. Jarrett & Chavo, which is the main event.

I was just fast forwarding through the Monday Night Wars and it features a Kevin Sullivan interview where he mentions both Chris Benoit and Woman so maybe thats a sign that he or Woman is not edited out

So Vince is going to pretend Benoit never existed? Wow, it took a double murder/suicide to bring kayfabe back to the WWF. Like when a guy would vanish to another territory with no explanation, or Smash would show up as Repo Man, and his history as Smash would be gone. Pathetic on their part. Of course, typical WW"E" as usual... completely polarized... black and white... no grey. First, tribute show, and Benoit was a saint. Now, he never existed???!!! How about the truth for once? He was a great wrestler, and a good guy, until something obviously went haywire in his brain, and he turned into a monster and hit a point of no return...

Yeah, Benoit wasn't in my main event on Nitro. I'm not sure how much longer I'm going to continue with WWE 24/7. What they are providing us, is not history. What went on in Chris' life, is something that we couldn't control. But we paid our money at events, to see this man perform, and he gave us some memorable matches. This is not the right way to go about this situation. As I said before, if they have a problem with him, then delete them saying his name, and delete his name off the entrances. Just show the matches.

Wrestlemania 23 started last night on Cablevision in NJ and Chris Benoit was in the opening & his match with MVP was there also.
I have heard that some people have the Chris Benoit match on the new MNW and others don't so until it shows up & I can check it myself i'm not going to worry about it.

There is a new Pick your Big One Poll for August.. www.wwe.com/shows/wwe247/pickyourbigone/This months Big One winner is GAB 1990.. I voted for SS'94. I will be updated the first post when the Next Month WWE 24/7 info is posted. So far, all we know is next months theme is, Summerslam: Biggest Party of the Summer! I always wanted to see that Hogan/Warrior tag match so I went with 91. I've seen 94' many times thats why I didnt select that. With Bret and Owen on there it is almost certain to win though.
