VHS is probably your only shot. Bootleggers do nice fancy covers and stuff when they put them on DVD but beware, You are getting VHS quality at best considering they either A. Get them in warezy methods or B. Get them off VHS recordings of the event or the official VHS.
Option A comes from Option B so bootleggers are just overpriced.

Strange that it's never been released fully as it's own event. I think when WWE released it, it was as part of a Supertape or something, with things edited from the original broadcast. I have a VHS recording back home in the UK, and it's a great event. Fun opener from Skinner and Bret, Hogan/Taker is decent, Warlord and Bulldog is an entertaining powerhouse match, and Jake-Savage is unbelievable drama from the opening promo to the final words from Savage.

Was a great little PPV I have it on Supertape 92 on VHS. I thought I was very clever one day we bought a DVD recorder and I thought I could plug my VCR into it and put some of my unrealsed WWF VHS onto dvd. Wll it hooked up ok but the damn thing would not record it lol. But yeah was a fun little PPV from start to end. I loved Savage getting his revenge on Jake Robberts.

Man this was a great event, I saw it once at my uncle's house a few years ago. I've always been disappointed it's on DVD. I would buy it a heart beat.

The funniest thing about This Tuesday in Texas is that it is probably the only PPV ever created for the soul purpose of feeding Hulk Hogan's ego.

I never thought it was that big of a PPV....I seemed more like a MSG event that you would see on MSG network then a big time PPV. I guess cause at the time all we had were Rumble, Mania, SummerSlam and Survivor Series and this event really didnt feel like either of those but more like a Saturday nights Main Event.

I think it overshadowed Survivor Series that year, personally. A lot of what took place in Texas should've, and could've happened at the PPV - the Undertaker/Hogan deal with the title being declared vacant, the Savage-Macho match, etc.
Also, did it undergo a name change at some point? I seem to remember Monsoon referring to it as "Tuesday Night In Texas" a few times.

^^ I remember it as 'Tuesday Night in Texas' - for anyone with a VHS copy it is pretty easy to convert to DVD if you have a DVD Recorder Player (PM me if you need help)

I think Monsoon called it Tuesday Night in Texas at some point on the broadcast of SS by mistake....
it's funny how the WWF sometimes has their plans leaked even when they try not to.... when i ordered Survivor Series '91 , the cable company told us that we got an extra "bonus" PPV with the order, and i figured it was just a replay of SS,but they insisted that it was something on the next Tuesday night....for the life of me i couldn't figure out what the hell they were talking about...this was in the days WELL before instant ordering, and you had to physically go to the cable company and get a box to plug into the TV to get the PPV....

I plugged my vhs into my dvd recorder via scart cable. It played fine but when I hit the record button while it records every few minutes it says on the screen "this program is to be recorded" or something like that. When I play the dvd back it has 60 second jumps every few minutes in it where this message came up
