Anybody who wants to be in the Elimination Chamber, I'll be deciding if your worthy enough to go in it. So just because you have been in a main event before DOES NOT automatically mean your gonna get in it.

technically its not up to you who's in what event?
if someone signs for a match, they should be allowed in, unless there;
- banned
- out of the league (i wouldn't sign for cs title)
- the match is full
