Kane and Big Show getting a title shot is bullshit... beyond words  I like the fact that they're presenting Christin as one of the top faces on SD and not just some midcarder I don't care who he goes over, just as long as he goes over Everything else (except LayCool and Kelly Kelly) sounds good |

So both Undertaker and Triple H didn't appear on either Raw or Smackdown at all this week? Theres Alberto Del Rio wrestling in a Steel Cage Match, The Miz and John Cena doing one thing after another, yet Undertaker and Triple H are meant to be just comming along and taking the Main Event Spot yet they don't even Show up for a whole week?

Interested into seeing why the tag match with E&C was scrapped. Sounds like a good Smackdown show match wise though. Rhodes theme better be pretty  ing good if it's replacing Smoke and Mirrors. my thoughs exactly. you should've saw my face when i read that. OMG, THANK YOU!!!!! THIS. TOTALLY EPIC THIS! |

I am just relieved Edge is alright and was just selling, at least that is what a couple of people who were there told me. I mean, that attack (what else is new?) sounded nasty. I figured he was pulled from the dark main to sell the attack. The bait and switch was bad enough......these attacks are getting to be overkill. Sorry  |

The dark match was Kane, Kofi, Rey, and Christian vs The Corre and Alberto Del Rio.
I'll be honest when I say it looks like Big Show was legit hurt. His arm looked nasty banged up, and it was clear he was crying by the amount of pain he was in. And the dark match was originally advertised to have Big Show and Edge in it, but Edge was "taken out" at the end of Smackdown.
It just wouldn't surprise me to find out he got somewhat injured, maybe not long term.
The cage match was really good, and the crowd was really into it. The Kofi/Sheamus match was pretty good as well, and the ending came out of no where.

I figured Edge was removed from the dark match because he was "taken out". A couple of people who attended told me Edge was fine and was just selling. They did tell me that Show did look legit hurt and his elbow was swollen

Yeah, Edge didn't seem really injured at all, and the replays they showed in slow motion really didn't make it look more painful. Actually made it look less impactful.
The thing with Show is that he took two nasty bumps, that both look like he hurt his elbow. First, Wade hits Wasteland on him (took all of the Corre to get him on Wade's shoulders) and it look like Show landed right on his elbow. Then they had Big Zeke try to slam him through the announcer's table "face first", but he again landed weird on his elbow, and may have cut it.
The bruise on his arm was so big, it almost covered his whole elbow. Kane actually went so far to check on Show, and walk with him back up the ramp, which is totally out of Kane's character, and leads more to Show being injured.

Sounds like a good SmackDown. Sucks I won't be able to watch it Friday as I have work, hopefully I can catch the repeat on Saturday.

You're the 43 year old woman, who's on a wrestling figure forum full of kids crying over attacks that's happened to Edge, when he's a wrestler and that's what he's paid for. You do it every time something bad happens to Edge, you cry over it like he should be put over all time and never attacked... yet you call me insecure? Getting personal much??? Judgmental I see. |

Folks , I Have NEVER said Edge should NEVER be attacked. My point is even JERICHO got the upper hand last year in their feud towards wrestlemania. Even Jericho got some licks in. Edge is not getting ANYTHING in. He gets a win in a match..then gets attacked by Del Rio. Wash , Rinse and Repeat. Del Rio is getting the belt. We all know he is getting the Belt at Mania. There is no reason for Edge to look weak, and beat up. ANYONE can beat an "injured" opponent. Makes Del Rio look real credible there.........  I mean, logic people. If you know your opponent's already "injured" you know that you are going to be at an advantage. You know you are going to be able to beat him. Don't be surprised if the match is sub par ala Jericho/HHH at Mania 18 (if you recall Jericho who was the Champ was attacking HHH EVERY WEEK)., and I don't want to hear any whining either. Remember you all wanted to see Edge attacked every week. I could see one or two weeks, but every week? Oh well, if the match is sub par because Edge has to sell an arm injury.....don't blame me. |
