I could be wrong here but I think its a new head sculpt...the elite is smiling this one isn't. Ya know I'm not a big Kane fan so I won't be getting it but for such a long time now people have been asking for a Kane figure like this...and as soon as I come on here all I see is complaining. Mattel even gave him removable Hair!!! They are on their game no matter what people say. Sometimes theres just no pleasing people But the Basic 2/any other Basic Kane has this headscan, so it's not new, but this is a damn nice figure, and I will probably be pre-ordering this for myself as an early birthday present. In fact, it says mid-May. My birthday is May 11, I could have it as a real b-day present for myself. |

Wow, recycle the chains and plastic towel from Kane's elite figure, repaint the body and give it a mask/wig and u guys are happy? Meh. It's so-so. Jakks' BOD Kane is still better. Yeah I agree. I'm extremely disappointed with this.  It's not what I was expecting at all I actually think I'm going to leave this 1 until it becomes cheaper or maybe not at all  and that's incredibly rare for me. My hopes were High and now they've been dashed. I don't know what to say apart from I'm Incredibly Disappointed  |

Yeah, I think Ringside had a Jakks Undertaker and Kane exclusive and you could remove the hair/mask from Kane's figure. I agree the body build is too slender for Kane. He wasn't called the big red machine for nothing!

The only time (that I can think of anyways) he was unmasked at that time was when X-Pac ripped his mask off, but he had a full head of hair then. If we do eventually get a debut Kane, one can only hope that the hair and mask are molded and NOT removable. |

I actually really like it. Any figure could be better, so I'm not gonna sit here and complain about that. It's a pretty nice Exclusive, and is best served as exactly that.

Seriously though , When will we see an actual legends Exclusive?? My thoughts exactly. With the decrease in figures per wave, we could definitely use as many outlets as possible to get more Legends figures out there. |

If we do eventually get a debut Kane, one can only hope that the hair and mask are molded and NOT removable. i agree, i hope when we get a full-mask kane it is moulded on. it's not the inaccuracy that bothers me though, it's the fact that moulded on masks look so much better. when they're removeable, the mask on the head always looks loose, badly fitting and oversized. that's not a criticism of mattel, it's impossible to make a removeable mask look a decent fit at this scale. i'm hoping for a full-mask kane in future, with an accurate mask shape, moulded on. Also, last time i checked Kane doesn't wear this attire or a mask currently and hasn't for several years. so this is a legends figure. i don't get how people can say it's not a legends exclusive. don't get me wrong, legends figures are virtually the only figures i'm interested in, so i'd love to see more legends exclusives. but the figure clearly isn't based on the current product. so therefore it's a legends figure, even if it doesn't say it on the packaging. |

Wow oh wow! I love it! I had a feeling it would be his unmasking and particularly MOC, this figure looks incredible. The cardin is some of the best ive seen for a figure ever particularly the back. Love how it has flames everywhere. This Kane looks great MOC. As for the figure itself, the new boot mold looks fantastic and im glad they captured his tights with the grey flames on them, stood out to me. The only real downer is the wristband not being molded. So great to get an unmaskable kane which actually has the hair included and its one of the best bits! I love how mattel got the details with the mask straps showing through the hair and the mask looks to fit quite well. I expected a figure like this to be a DM sometime but im happy to take it as an exclusive with its own great package and all. Really really like it and now i need 2 of them! Gives me great hope mattel will do well with other masked kanes that surely they will make at some point. He is here and he is great!  I see people have a few complaints, well those people need to consider what decisions the design team would have made and the reason why theyve done what theyve done. If they could, im sure mattel would have sculpted the belts and buckles but people, its an elite. And if you added that articulation particularly to the chest area, the mid section will have significantly decrased articulation and theres no point sculpting the thighs belts if the rest isnt. As for the bottom mask strap, its been excluded because it would be too hard to put the mask/hair on if it was there and truth be told, it would be way too chunky see jakks IE. And sure it would be good to have facial hair for a masked version but its clear mattel want to try and capture the masked and unmasked look. Itd look way too bulky to sculpt the weird hairdo kane had so its best left off. The chains (and house arrest look) suits a clean shaven Kane like the fig is without the mask. I can definitely see these reasons as to why mattel have done what theyve done and im really happy with the outcome. |

Talk about a serious let down for me.. I was atleast hoping for it to be something relevant to Mania..
*sigh* I'm not buying this.. But I'm still 100% sold on Mattel.. Regardless of this very poor exclusive.

If they were making fully masked Kane, why would it be an exclusive? This is just an limited edition thing for Kane fans, you don't have to get it.
Good experiment though. I bet if there was no build up people would be fine with it.
The attire is painted nicely, expecting a new mold for it would be too much. I'll probably pick this up eventually.
