If someone can post a head shot comparison of the "bald spot" Arn and painted version, it would be greatly appreciated. Unfortunately I do not have any loose Galoobs to scan. ***Rumor has it that Arn was upset that the figure came with a "bald spot" and requested that Galoob change it. Whether this is true or not, I'm not sure. Strangely though, the painted over Arn is harder to find; as you will see in my variation listings.*** (Release #1- Test Market Piece)"With Bald Spot" "AA" Arn Anderson aka "The Enforcer" came in white and red trunks, as well as matching white & red boots. He even had his initials in red on the front of his trunks. He had a "bald spot" on the top of his head. He was released on a card that had the words "Presents the Superstars of the NWA" in the bottom right corner. The package had "J-Hook A" and "Hang Tab A". (Release #2)"With Bald Spot" This Arn package had the words "Presents the Superstars of the WCW" on front. It had "J Hook A" and "Hang Tab A". This was the mainstream release. The cardback was the same as Release #1. (Release #3)"With Bald Spot" This Arn package had the words "Presents the Superstars of the WCW". This version had "J Hook B" and "Hang Tab B". (Release #4)"No Bald Spot" This Arn package had the words "Presents the Superstars of the WCW". It also had "J Hook B" and "Hang Tab B". (Release #5)"No Bald Spot" This Arn package had the words "The Superstars of the WCW". It also had "J Hook B" and "Hang Tab B". Next Up, "The Dog Faced Gremlin" !

If Arn was the reason for the bald spot being painted over, what about his Jakks Classic figure?

Guess it's the same story as Hulk Hogan; up until CS all Hogans (except the ones where he wasn't bald yet: Popy, original Thunderlips and LJNs) had the bandana because they weren't allowed to make a bald Hogan.
