Protestors are hoping to get 1 million people in Cairo tomorrow, currently there are 250,000. So what's the story on this? They're going to march on Cairo? With the ongoing support the Revolution is getting, 1 million people shouldn't be too difficult to acquire.

With the ongoing support the Revolution is getting, 1 million people shouldn't be too difficult to acquire. I believe the story is the new government is having it's first day tomorrow, something is happening with the new government tomorrow so the people want to get 1 million people out to protest them. They are calling for a national strike, for everyone to not go to work not do anything but protest. Many are saying they will not stop protesting until one of two things happen, until Mubarak leaves or they die.

And still Obama has said nothing to condemn the actions of the Egyptian government. Way to have a backbone Prez.

I don't know what side I'm on in this:
The people deserve democracy.
BUT: the same thing happened in Iran and now look what's going on there.

I don't know what side I'm on in this: The people deserve democracy. BUT: the same thing happened in Iran and now look what's going on there. That was decades ago. When we take out a leader and put one in we like that isn't going to sit well with the people. They took our guy out and put their own in and he turned out to be just awful. People still protest every day.

2 MILLION people have gathered in Cairo. That according to Al Jazeera.
But according to the AP, there is only 250,000. Hmm, they wouldn't want to make it seem smaller than it really is would they?
The King of Jordan has dismissed his government as well.

Reuters is reporting that Mubarak will announce he will not run for President again in the election later this year.
Of course we won't know for sure until he actually says it but that is what is being reported.

(I know, so many posts by me, sorry)
President Obama apparently spoke with President Mubarak and told him to not run in the next election.
The New York Times says that Obama has officially withdrawn US support of Mubarak.
